Thanks for the info I appreciate it.From what I know, the switched circuits all act the same way, so if one switched circuit that you've done the fuse tap on isn't turning off, then others aren't either. This could bleed over into the radio, hence why it will start playing music with the truck off.
I would remove any of the fuse taps from the fuse box and get it back to factory setup. I would then make sure I could replicate the problem any time I wanted, and then show that problem to the dealership so they can hunt down the source. It sounds like there's something at the root of this beyond the radio/USB connections.
