Installed the Rough Country CAI, I do not like all of the noise that kind of drones around 2-3k rpm's. I will be putting back to stock today. Does sound nice at wot but just wish it wasn't so annoyingly loud when just normal driving, it is not a nice sound. I drove it for about two hours last night and did not notice any increase in MPG during my trip. BTW that rubber grommet for the sensor is a pita for anyone else who plans on installing as others have noted.

Any type of cold air intake on these trucks will do nothing to improve your gas mileage.
They just make more noise in general.

No issues with the hood leaning back. Over the attachment bolt is about 6 inches. There is quite a bit more over the hole for the light to go into as it is offset. I have a tennis ball between the hood and window as reference for how far back it is.

Thank you as the mount I have now does not allow the hood to lean back without hitting the lights.

I’m wanting to do the same. Where did you find a wheel?
Found the wheel as a single on eBay, but it was months of looking here, fb, Craigslist, eBay before settling. Almost bought a set of four to then just sell the other three.

Added Tom Woods drive shafts, front and rear. My plan is to add RCV axle shafts and Yukon rear chromolly axle shafts in July.

Fought to replace my fixed length front lower control arms with adjustables. One of them had a bolt seized in the sleeve. It took 4 hours to cut it out. And lots of carbide sawzall blades. Uppers tomorrow.

I feel your pain. Had to cut 3 of them on my Power Wagon when I replaced the control arms.

heat and a air hammer couldn't win?
Air hammer, definitely not. I didn’t want to use the torch if I could avoid it. I’d rather not risk tempering the steel brackets. The sawzall sucked, but didn’t damage anything, other than scratches that I painted over.
