Umm, looks like the original reached 99 pages and was closed for more replies. So keep posting here!

I had tint done to front 2 windows, bug deflector installed, wayout style wrap installed, tires cleaned. 303 applied to tonneau cover.

EDIT: forgot to mention possibly the most important mod, ceramic coated grille, grille guard, and double ceramic coated windshield. FU bugs! Try sticking to all my ceramic now..... Stupid bugs.

I added molle bags on the back wall Using 1/8 x 1 in flar aluminum as a rack tied into the bolts that hold the roof down.

Cleaned up the wheel wells/fender liners. After washing with a pressure washer, I used CD-2. It works great for just about everything plastic, and even metal. Too bad the stuff is discontinued. This stuff works and lasts much longer on black plastic much better than any plastic conditioner from Griot's, Car Guys, Meguar's, Turtle Wax, Mothers, etc. I ordered a can of Griot's Engine Bay Dressing. Hopefully, it's just as good (for $30 a can, it better be).

Good to see more "looking outside the box" or C.C. that is, for mounting / storage solutions.
I need to pick up a stick of 2"×0.25 ×50" flat stock to add center mount for my R.T.T.

may 2nd ... upgrading to 37's .... finally ?
choosed the Black Rhino Arsenal ET30 17x8 (to keep it inside as much as possible ) and BlackBear All Terrain Tires ( 37x12,5x17)

don't know anything about those tires, after 50 miles I can say they are a bit noisy ( more than the BF KO2) but also more comfortable on road bumps and irregularities.

lets see with times.
choosed those BlackBear tires to test them because they were the only affordable tires in 37's here in Europe ... thanks to the Swedish dealer lol.

FYI 4 tires 37's + shippement from Sweden to Belgium = 225$/tires
the cheapest BF available in Europe ( Germany was around 900$ piece)

I guess for this difference I can deal with some noise

so far the couple 37's+ 5.13 gear seems super nice. Before going in 37's my fuel consumption dropped from 19L/100km (12,37mpg) to 15,7l/100km (15mpg)

next step : metalcloack 3,5 lift + accutune 3.0 fox setup and metal cloak under body armure....

the end of this project is close ?

Dropped it off at the shop for lift install. Not a fan of other pll working on my vehicle but its more than my body wants to handle.

I forgot to take a before picture. :crying:
but they said they will do before and after measurements for me. I just hope they do everything the correct way. lots of shortcuts people take these days that ‘works’ but is far from correct.

Checked voltage of battery pair (still connected, so with the slight parasitic load of the Jeep on them) voltage was sitting at 12.46
Connected charger.
A few hours later, fully charged, charger said 100%.
Disconnected and it settled at 13.0 after a few seconds.
Next day - drove it for errands - cluster displayed 14.9 almost the entire time I was driving. It did drop back to 14.8 after a while.
VERY interesting and so very very different from my 2020. It actually dropped voltage back dramatically with a full charge. This one does not.
It's been a few days now, I've driven it a couple of times. Temperatures mostly in the 50s, last night it was in the 40s and the voltage always read 14.8.
It will drop to the lower 14s when I pull up to a stop - let off the gas, and/or it's dropped back to idle. The voltage drops then, but comes right back up as I accelerate up to road speed again, settling at about 14.8 (for a while it was 14.9 when the temperature dropped into the evening)
That's after a full charge.
Ironically, this 2022 is acting more like a voltage-regulated system of the 1970s where the voltage drops at idle because the alternator is spinning more slowly and it can't keep up with the load, then it ramps up again with RPM.

My summary of observation on voltage is that this 2022 is programmed very differently than my 2020 was, and it keeps up a much higher voltage than my 2020 did. Even with batteries at about 60% or higher state of charge, this one keeps the voltage up. Even one day after fully charging the batteries, it keeps the voltage way up.
I only see lower voltage at idle just like I would my 4.0 or my 360 with constant voltage regulation.
Everything always works perfectly.
FWIW I was watching my voltage today driving to town. I unplugged the CTEK charger yesterday evening so it had all night to stabilize. Charging started off at 14 volts or so, maybe a little higher. but by the time I got on the interstate, less than 2 miles away, it settled down to about 13.6v. After about half an hour, it dropped to 13.3/4v and held there the rest of the 40 minute drive.

This is pretty consistent from what I have seen my 2022 do. It raises voltage when the battery is low naturally, but I find it interesting yours is charging at a higher voltage consistently. Mine did charge this same way before I installed the Genesis system as well so I dont know how much of a factor that is since the charging seems to be the same. Just thought it interesting.

It will be interesting as things warm up this week into the 70s - I plan on trying again - I'll connect the charger, let it run all day, then take it for a drive when it's 75 out and see how it goes.
My 2020 never hit 15.0, the highest I recall with it was 14.7 or 14.8
I noticed that when I was out with it yesterday, watching the voltage during an ESS stop the voltage stayed way up for quite a while. After driving a bit, the ESS stops saw the voltage stay at 12.4 for a good minute before dropping to 12.3 for the next minute. It's holding very very well.

Also interesting after several drives since taking the snow plow mounting bar and brackets off the front of my truck, while it had settled to 22.5" how I measure (center of wheel cap to fender flare trim ridge) it now sits at 23" every time I measure. Wow.
