Need to re-gear? No.

Will you notice the difference vs. stock if you’re even remotely observant? Yes.

Would you want to re-gear eventually? That’s a personal choice. I doubt that many folks out there are re-gearing from 4.10 just for 35’s.
100% agreed. Also, no one has asked WHAT you are going to do with your truck. If you are going to only run on the highway and flat dirt roads, you most likely can stick with 4.10s. Also, if you get BFG KO2s, they run small and are more likely in the 33" range anyway

If you are going to be towing, play in the sand or hit some trails with a little rock crawling, or eventually go with a larger tire, the regear will most likely be a better idea.

Great answer, I too am waiting for my 33's to wear out and will be going to 35's. Probably be a while since I have a 2021 JTM with less than 13,000 miles...
You're going to have a long wait, I have about 21000 miles on the stock Wildpeak MTs and they still have LOTS of life left. I also unfortunately end up doing a lot of pavement miles but serves as a testament to the tires, and they're great in everything I've thrown at them, mud, sand, rock, pavement snow, ice everything. If the 35s weren't so heavy and E rated I'd buy them in a heartbeat

I like to hit some somewhat rough trails, and do a bit of climbing but it's not like serious rock climbing. I don't plan on towing anything, and if I did it would be something super light, and I'm pretty confident I would be content with a true 35, or close too. Nothing I plan on doing would justify going to 36 or bigger, and at most I'll be doing the AEV 2" lift to keep the stock geometry and shocks etc.

I understand it's something that's kind of hard to gauge without feeling it for myself to an extent. I tend to venture to the mountains and stuff, so crawling some steep inclines is important. I'll attach a (very) poor quality picture of what's about the most intense terrain I see. (I don't have any good ones atm sorry for the 3pixel collage)

I calculated that 4.10:1 with 33s (32.8) switched to 35s (34.5) will change the ratio to 3.92:1 . I used the AEV procal to reprogram for the 34.5s I have not had any issues on the sand or Trails. No change in mpg either.

Ok, so I have a Sport S with the tow package. Therefore I have 3.73 gears. I currently have 33s and when my KO2s wear out I was thinking of going to 35s. I do not have a lift. Will I be ok or is that too much for the 3.73 gears?

Also on 35's with auto Mojave, I feel like the power is still great. No issues with 8th gear, see it all of the time. My gas mileage is good considering the size etc of the truck. You'll be happy you did the 35's once done!!

What tire and wheel combo did you go with, if you don't mind me asking?

Non-max tow I'm assuming? If the 3.73 you can make do with 35s, but it wouldn't be ideal. I have 4.88s on 37s and its still a dog.

Falken AT3W's in 315/70r17 on stock wheels. I have a 3/4 inch rear spacer and a 1 inch front spacer. I also added the Mopar lift kit lower control arms to improve caster and a Teraflex pass through stabilizer to improve steering feel (after I crushed the stock one..).

Those Toyo 35x11.5's sure are the sweet spot to get the height but keep weight in check and are a perfect fit on stock wheels.

It'll be fine and you really won't notice a drivability factor if you pay attentioj to tire weight. The stock Falken 33's are ridiculously heavy at almost 60lbs and there are several 315/70-17's that even weigh less. These are Bridgestone Revo 3's and weigh in at 58lbs

added BFG KO2 @ 315/70R17 to the Mojave with a 6MT. the tire/wheel combo i have is roughly the same weight as the stock Falkens + Jeep wheels...only a couple lbs more at each corner. no significant differences in how it drives or the MPGs...so i doubt for 35's a re-gear would be essential. would really boil down to preference, what tires/wheels, and what surfaces you'll be driving on. i'm in houston, and it's super flat.
