are you guys getting a red light on the dash when you clone?
I did not for the 5 minutes the clone was in there and the truck was running. I plan on putting the clone back in today or tomorrow and driving on it until EOC is ready for me to send it in.

After all this PCM swapping, what happens if I need to take it into the dealer for a repair? Doesn't this show up when it gets scanned?

Allegedly, no.

Does anyone know if I have my Tazer installed and married with my factory PCM installed and swap the cloned PCM in does the Tazer know/care/everything still work fine? Or do I need to unmarry and marry it to the clone?

No, one of the benefits of doing the clone. Though... the red light really doesn't bother me on my RAM EcoDiesel.

I have done this myself, and have helped guide about 6 other members who have purchased the programmer and successfully cloned their ECU'S
Hey there, I sent you a PM, I'm not far from Ocala and was curious if you still are up for copying an ECU. Would rather go this route if possible.

I talked to Justin a few weeks ago when I was having issues. He told me that he's very rarely if ever on the forums any more as he sold his Gladiator a while back. Just wanted to throw that out there.

I would unmarry the tazer when you swap the ecu's. What you have set in the one you are taking out. Is not set in the one you are putting in. That could lead to issues.

I assumed that would be the case.

Tragic, he's so local to me and it would be more convenient to not have to buy a programmer and go through all this. Guess I will have to go back and read through the process if this is how I will need to do it. I've tuned enough of my motorcycles, I'm burnt out on tuning and dealing with ECU's haha.

Ok. Got the new replacement ECU for the one that was cracked. Looks like it is for a 21 ram. Should still work. Let me know what you think?
