Hello All,
Not a rant. I enjoy my 2024 Gladiator Mojave. I have a situation and I’d like some collective input. Feel free to criticize if you must, at 53 I can take it.
My dealership service is nonexistent. They sold me this new jeep with a lifetime power train warranty. That helped with 3.6 concerns.
I wanted a dealership where they could maintain it with records and stay ahead of any pending issues.
Oil change (Jeep Wave) I make an appointment a month out and get text confirmation and they blow me off the day of the appointment.
The following week I get a uconnect box error. Likely from it not fully being pulled out of dealer mode. Service says I need to get an appointment about two weeks out, and they need the jeep to sit there 10-14 days so they can “look at it”
Im hoping to pivot to another dealership for a better relationship. The powertrain warranty might not be honored.
Beginning to question if the drama is worth it.
