LOL.

You know, some might call me inconsistent since I just bought an Eray: Electric motor in front and V8 powering the back. What I like about this system is it's two totally separated systems and to recharge the tiny battery the system just regens the front wheels to recharge. Since the battery is so small this happens in the span of a couple city blocks. Reasonably simple.
The E Ray is cool. Any performance vehicle that adds hybrid power for more power and power to another axle is cool in my opinion

Basically it's the same as the aforementioned McLaren P1, at a tenth the price.

But Chevy totally and maybe Ford pretty much dumped EV's , I just seen a video and new story about Chevy.
Really? I had to check as they really come out with some great ones. They still have three pure EV passenger vehicles, the Silverado, and a box truck on the website. I see their EVs everywhere I go.

I’m sure that thing is insane, but not exactly in the same galaxy. Don’t get me wrong. I want to drive it. I promise I’ll be gentle.

LOL. No, this thing is insane!
Color me redneck, but I still prefer the sound of a Cup car getting out of the box over the electric whine (even if the engine bursts to life a little ways down).

(terrible video attached).

No worries man. To me they both sound great and if you don't like the sound of the Cadillac hybrid race car you won't get any flak from me. Not everyone likes the same things. 🍻

I definitely appreciate the tech in those cars.

NASCAR just recently figured out things like IRS, rear mounted transmissions, and rack and pinion steering 🤣
