Awesome! The only special tools you really need to have if you donit your self is a 19mm fuel line wrench or socket. I cut one of my deep well 19mm 12 points with a grinder and it worked perfectly! Also, forget trying to torque them, not enough room. German torque spec works well on stainless. Just don't go ape. Maybe a ball end set of metric Allen's with socket attached. Lastly, a large piece of foam and a pillow. You'll be laying on the front of the engine to reach everything.

Same, my Jeep has been in the shop 5 times in the last 3 months all emissions related problems. NOx sensor twice, oxygen sensor, Replaced the EGR cooler, and one of the sensors for DEF don't remember which. Engine runs great so time to correct the main issue.

I've told my wife several times, that I'll spend 4k on a weight loss program, before I'll spend $4 to fix any of that stuff.
I'm at 65k miles on mine, guess I should start saving my pennies.

I wonder if the dealer misdiagnosed the issue and just swapped parts until they finally fixed the real problem. I spend a lot of time on the Ram EcoDiesel forum, and we rarely hear of anyone having emissions issues in the first 5 years/100,000 miles.

I've heard of a few more issues here on the Jeep forum, but some of us haven't had any issues, so it seems hit and miss, at least with the Jeeps.

Luckily it has all been covered by warranty so far, but just tired of losing my Jeep all the time.

I'm at 78k and no issues so far. Knock on wood! If all that work gave me better mpg more power and still passes smog I'd do it.

I think it is hit and miss as well. They have not miss diagnosed it yet, each time it did fix the problem and the only repeat is the Nox sensor. The Jeep ran a lot better after the EGR cooler fix, the DFP system is running fine now.

They did tell me of another Jeep they have been working on with the a NOx sensor problem, told me they changed everything wire harness, sensor and a few other things and it kept coming back. I can't remember what he said they did last but said it has not been back since. I don't know, my other diesel didn't have any problems at all.

Either way, I'm just tired of one thing anfter the next and a single change can fix all that. But I will wait until it is all fixed before I move on with my plans. gathering parts may take time. They said they are talking to the engineers about it and waiting a response.

Lucky, I'm only a little over 33,000 and it all started at 31,000. Not sure what changed but that is very low miles for this to start showing up.

Hey everybody, I have to tell you that our Jeep sounds soooo good with a full delete and straight thru exhaust. I wished I could post a video here. I may do a YouTube video and post a link. I also removed the very heavy and bulky appendage DEF tank.

Hello,
New 2021 Gladiator ecodiesel owner, currently working on a steal I just got.
I can't seem to find one of those intakes...
I intend to do a full delete, and manifold, but first, I just put a new oil cooler on, had oil in the coolant, need to figure all of the cooling passages to flush completely, including the radiator, etc.
