Maybe. If you have a stock vehicle - no non-stock bumpers, steps, winch, or anything else that adds weight, then maybe. You’ll still have to go through the wickets with the dealer, and then talk to Lisa like I mentioned above.
Interesting. Mine arrives any day now, so I will be paying extra attention to how it rides.

I took my truck in with less than 300 miles with this complaint. My point is that I noticed it immediately. We finally got around to it six-ish months and 7000+ miles later.

Hey Jay, any updates from your side? I am heading to MOAB in the near future and won't be able to get my vehicle in to the dealer until after I get back. Lisa asked me if i could put my stock bumper back on, which I can, but it is a huge PITA... Hoping some others with the issue will get their vehicles in so Jeep can get this sorted.
Makes no difference with the stock bumper... mine was 100% stock, same issues.

Cool thanks for the Update. When I get back from Moab I will put my stock bumper and Rubi front skid on and then head to to the dealership.

I'm tired of waiting for an answer. Putting on the Mopar 2" - will report next week if the issue is gone.

We have a '21 JT Rubicon Ecodiesel with the steel bumper. I have noticed this issue wince the day I bought it. I called into Jeepcare today and spoke with Lisa. She said that at this point she can't is not able to authorize the lift to fix it but needs more people to call in and start a case so they can escalate the issue to get a resolution. So please call in and let them know if you have a similar issue. The jeepcare number is 877-426-5337. Lisa said that she had put out a bulletin to her team about this being a potential issue but to still free to ask for her if the rep maybe forgot about it. You will have to go to a dealership for them to document the issue.

SO glad to hear this was resolved for the OP. Kind of a crazy situation though!! Talk about the engineers and testing team dropping the ball royally! It's practically like someone just said "eh....yeah the diesel engine and related gear up front weighs more...but just slap those springs on there....ought to be good" without doing any actual math or testing. In a related note I am actually quite surprised at how little space is between the bump stops and the axle/strike pad on the front of my max tow sport. Its almost like they counted on everyone lifting their gladiators. My wifes subaru even has more space for suspension movement from the factory.

So I've got about 2k on my Sport S Ecodiesel. I recently had a bottom out on a small speed bump at around 15mph. What's the process? Call and get Lisa involved?

With only 2" of uptravel and super soft springs yes you will bottom out on a bottle cap.

I have had my JTRD bottom out a few times on the street hitting rain grates in the road, which were set about 2" below the road surface at about 30mph. I have also had it bottom out on rocky dirt roads driving fast then 10mph. My JT is fully stock with a plastic bumper with 650 miles on it no winch ect.

The JT feels under sprung driving down the highway, it's got the mushy feel.

Does anyone know if the 2" JTRD lift uses a stiffer spring rate?
