@ORACLElights I'm just going to say that I completely understand, and will be grateful for whenever they are available. I have working taillights at the moment, so they're a want, not a need. Thank you for being transparent with the status of your projects.

To Oracle:

As much as i understand delays...what will be our option for cancelling/refund if the dealy is considered unreasonable by the purchaser?

A couple weeks I understand...a couple months means i may consider other options. I certainly would not have entered a prebuy 6 months ahead of time.

Agreed, add me to the list of patiently waiting. I would definitely rather receive high quality lights late than start cutting corners. Thanks for the updates!
Thank you for your understanding, Ben and Kalem! We are very eager to get these in everyone's hands, and we greatly appreciate your kindness here.

Hi there! While we don't expect an unreasonable delay length, we understand the concern. Your order may be canceled at any point if you so wish. Please PM us or contact our team at 1-800-407-5776 to do so. However, the groupbuy orders will be the very first to receive these. You could place another order at a later date if you cancel; however, the next restock for new orders is currently looking like November.

We certainly appreciate everyone's eagerness for an update; please give us time to determine a more accurate ETA. As soon as we have more information, we will be sharing this with everyone so you are kept aware of the current forecast. Thank you for your patience!

If they were made in the USA everyone would have them already instead of waiting for a container from China
Thanks for your input but GLOBAL material shortages are impacting manufacturing around the world regardless of geographic position. Don't take our word for it... ask Ford about the new Bronco roll out.

While it would be nice to be able to have them made in the USA, that would cause the wait to be even longer considering NO ONE wants to work in a factory much less a restaurant over here. And even then as they said, you would still be waiting for raw materials.

I understand your point and I'm not trying to say you guys aren't doing everything you can.

That being said, the Bronco situation isn't a good example. American automakers MAKE almost nothing in the US these days. They are just ASSEMBLED in the US using parts made overseas much like anything else.

Im sure oracle is doing everything they can to make a good product as fast as they can. Im very happy with my Oracle headlights and fog lights.

With that said, this is a business transaction. When the terms of said transaction change after the fact, it is only fair that all parties renegotiate and agree to the new terms...(like prebuyer agreeing to new date.) Its nothing personal. Patience has nothing to fo with it. Their new timeline may or may not fit my needs for a number of reasons having nothing to do with patience.

No matter how good a product is, at some point it no longer makes sense to wait.... we would always be waiting for the next best thing with that mentality.
