I'm looking at mid-February most likely. We've been working on it for a long time. I have what I think is our final revision in house, probably get installed and start final testing next week. 90 day lead time from our spring manufacturer puts us right about mid-February.
What if any other parts will be included in the 1.5 kit. Price point you are looking at?

Look at the cost of the gasser and that should pretty much give you an answer.

So, around $230 for front coils only.

I personally do not think 1.5ā€ will solve it.
I couldn’t imagine being less than 2ā€ of lift. The mopar springs are a higher spring rate. Most of the lift comes from the higher rate.
Any spring solution needs to have a higher rate than stock diesel springs and really needs to provide at least 2ā€

I imagine the ones from Rock Crawler will take into account for that. Currently I only have about 11/16 between spring coils and a little less than 1 3/4" from bump to perch. So if they are offering a 1.5" lift that would be 1.5" above what I already have?

That is great news, thanks for info, and the update!

Experienced my first episode of bottom out yesterday on an FSR. My 20’ sport s with Mojave suspension was far superior to this stock diesel suspension rubicon fox shocks. I have the 1.5ā€ teraflex up front with the provided bump stop too. It was really bad, I had to slow down considerably and wife even dumped her tea out as she couldnt keep it from spilling. Im looking at solution asap as we travel on a lot of FSRs

Maybe try taking out the bump stop extension

The solution is firmer shocks, and more space between strike pad and frame.

If you have the level kit Id assume you run 35's.
With a Sport you can't pull the spacer in that configuration because those bottom out situations will result in tire to fender contact in many situations. (especially during any articulation).

You have a few choices / things to try.

1. Get adjustable shocks and stiffen the front a ton.
2. (Better) get the mopar lift or another lift to increase the space, and have stiffer springs / shocks.

Long story short. welcome to the party of FCA doesn't give a shit and getting to spend a bunch of dollars to fix a problem they introduced due to shitty suspension testing..

I did the Mopar 2" lift kit and it has solved the bottom out condition on all normal road conditions, I still hit off-road, but not as often.

Running Willys 32ā€ stock with the 1.5ā€ front and Rubicon shocks. Might pull the 1ā€ strike pad as I dont want to go higher or 35ā€ tires again. Did that on my 20’ sport and it was way overkill for what I do.

yeah with the stock fox shocks you can do that... If you are running the fox 3.0 with the lift kit you can't pull the strike pad, even if you are running smaller tires. I measured and the fox shocks are longer and need that space to prevent the shocks from bottoming out.

Yeah ok, might do that today. I dont have shock extensions so I believe I should be OK as well. Might look into Falcon 3.1 so2 so I can stiffen up the shocks if needed.
frustrating as its a brand new jeep and I cant maintain any speed on an fSR without slamming into the bump stops. Crazy. Again zero issues on my 3.6 gasser previous. Come on Jeep!

I was really interested in going with Falcon adjustable, but was PMing a contact there, and they said their diesel specific shocks aren't available due to aluminum shortage... could be a number of months (like 6+) before they are available. Too bad, 'cause I think that would be a good route for me for my application.

Its an aluminum shortage, its a magnesium shortage which is used to make aluminum.

Pretty simple fix for those of you that have a small lift or spacer. Measure the amount of shock shaft showing, then measure how much space you have from the bumpstop to the pad. Then cut down the bump stop spacer to match the shock shaft length. Or if cutting isn’t possible, get some adjustable bump spacers or cut holes in the middle of some hockey pucks.

Somehow I don’t think this is a solid remedy for the problem. @JeepCares and the engineers should be working up a better solution than that.

Pretty sure that’s why I said those with a spacer or small lift already.
