A year or so ago when I took my 2020 in the dealership did like they always do - plug into the port, pull stuff up on their tablet - and that time they said my VIN showed up for a PCM update. On the paperwork I got they called it a recall.Anyone else get a Recall notification from CarFax about the following?
Y68 2020 JL JT 3.6L Misfire Detection - PCM Software Update
When I went to the MOPAR verification site that was tied to it and entered VIN was told there were no recalls?!
I got the same message this morning.Anyone else get a Recall notification from CarFax about the following?

Yeah, that's what mine was.I had a PCM "recall" update about a year ago.
That's basically how it was -Might be for a chunk of vehicles during a specific production date and your vehicle doesn't fall within those dates.
I’ve heard of the steering box but what’s up with the driveshaft? Never heard of that one before.I bet you won't get an official recall letter - there are no recalls out for 2020 Gladiator other than the driveshaft, clutch, seat belt latch and another item or two.
REAL recalls you can log into the MOPAR/Jeep site and it will tell if of any recalls for your vehicle, also NHTSA site has recalls listed - recalls will show up there. You can look generically or plug in your VIN.
Driveshaft Recall was on a group of early production trucks. There were some assemblies from the manufacturer that did not have grease applied. Mine was in that group. I waited until 10k miles to get it replaced.I’ve heard of the steering box but what’s up with the driveshaft? Never heard of that one before.
