Seeing some individuals talking about their rigs hitting and their plan to pick up in mid-June I thought to share a fair warning to those to make sure to know what day you need to purchase by. For instance, my sales manager told me that I had only so many days before Jeep re-invoices the vehicle. I had originally thought it was something like 2 weeks, but I recall he told me something a bit longer than that (maybe 15 - 20 days), but I can’t remember the exact day count now. Of coarse, check with your dealer, and I don’t mean to freak anyone out, I just want you aware that if Jeep issues a price increase, you may loose your price lock if you go past that day count.

I have a vacation coming up where I will be gone for two weeks. I leave on June 11th. Gladiator was built on the 16th. My fear was it would show up before the trip but too close for me to get there to pick it up. I talked with my sales manager and he says he can start the finance paperwork and overnight it for signatures. The thought is that it will show a commitment that will be an exception to the pick up deadline. I will definitely let everyone know if that comes up.

Mine sat on the lot for a month before I could get it. Price was still the same though. I had to wait on the dealership to get all the paperwork ready.

If they don’t honor the price that was given to me at the time of ordering with the employee pricing and the extra $750 off I’ll be pretty upset and have to consider driving to Tennessee like everyone else here ?

Kind of sounds like a shifty dealer tactic, nothing to do with Jeep imo.
I contacted Gupton about picking up my Jeep nearly a month from now and he didn't indicate any issues with that.
But then I found a cheap flight for this weekend. ?

I was told it's from Jeep, and it's either a 14 or 20 day pickup window before they reinvoice the Jeep. If the dealer is good, they'll do it all remotely before that day and just have you come in when you can.

Uhh yep. Walked the lot while I was waiting. Spotted the Gobi in back and took a few pics just in case they was on here. I didn't even take a pic of mine while I was there. ?

Gupton Gobi Mojave ordered 3/4. Last week it had been built and was at the body vendor awaiting additional equipment. So today, an interesting Jeep Chat reply:

"Awesome, thanks for the info Bob! I am showing that your new GLADIATOR has moved to the next stage! It is in the stage prior to being released by the plant. Your vehicle may have been selected for additional quality inspections or held for delivery purposes. At Stellantis, you can be assured that we take vehicle quality seriously. Currently no Dealer ETA has been provided."
