I have a 2022 JTRD... but had the Mopar lift installed at the dealership prior to pick-up. Im I good ? I have never experienced the "jolt" described by others... but I haven't harshly Offroaded either.. but looking at the parts list for the MP-lift I dont see jounces listed.... does the 22 diesel already have the new jounces listed in the TSB , is there anything I need to be concerned about or do I need the TSB jounces to make it complete ? Thanks

Does t apply to you since you lifted.

I went with the mopar 2” lift to fix the problem. Zero issues now.

@AllMoparParts.com

Benny - can you please confirm the part numbers are correct/incorrect for a Rubicon for the revised TSB. My dealer is saying the parts listed are for a sport and are non-fox shocks.

Front Shocks - 68518575AB
Rear Shocks - 6851822AG

Thanks!
Hi Shawn,
The fronts are Fox shocks with a "performance" sales code. The rears do not appears to be a valid # though.

If you need me to validate any numbers from a TSB send me your VIN or the TSB# and I will look it up.

So my dealer just tried to tell me this does not apply to my gladiator and said there was another TSB issued on march 24th a revised one? Anyone have this issue?
My build date is 2/17. And I have the updated parts. So If your build date is 2/14 or later. You have the new parts.

Mine is a January build. It looks like the rear shocks in the revised TSB are an invalid part number which is preventing it from going through. I reached out to @JeepCares to have them look into it and @AllMoparParts.com was kind enough to look into it and confirmed the rear shocks are invalid.

I guess that's why I've never had an issue, like I said I had the dealer put them apart lift on prior to delivery... Thanks for confirming.

I just got mine back. They are Fox shocks. Here is my invoice and pictures of the shocks and jounces. It drives much, much more like a truck now. I could not get it to bottom out, but the ride is much, much stiff now. Where it use to sway in the tight turns, the body now sits level through tight turns. Ride is now stiff, but a definite improvement in my opinion.

Update. Per @JeepCares I'm now being told this TSB only applies to 2021 model year despite the TSB clearly stating vehicles built BEFORE February 14th. This is extremely frustrating to get the run around here when it's clearly outlined in the TSB and I meet all the requirements.

I have a feeling this is going to go nowhere and I will be SOL. Thanks Jeep.

Bummer, I hate dealing with dealership on anything. The one I have been going to lately has been pretty good though.

After more driving today I am pretty impressed with the difference that just adding shocks and jounces made on the ride. It feels like a real truck now and it does not bottom out that I can tell. It use to make my teeth rattle when going over a speed bump or over a pothole.

They were transposed incorrectly on that post. The correct numbers are

Front Shocks 68518575AB
Rear Shocks 68518228AG
Bump Stops 68563778AA

For those that are not covered under the TSB we can workup a package deal for the parts however they are a bit pricey.

The dealer that’s doing the repair for me is waiting for one shock and if received in July will be months after it was ordered.

If you aren’t covered by the TSB, go get the mopar 2” lift or Clayton’s and be done with it.

Sucks Jeep is giving a lot of people fhe run around. :/
