Something must have happened out of the ordinary.

I don't understand the significance of the scratches on the receiver. Is just the receiver bent? I think we need pics.

Or the frame is defective. It could be a defective heat treat. It could have been built bent. Stranger things have happened.

In the OP's second post he describes pretty moderate use. If he's telling the truth, then it should be warranted. My bet is on the idea that it was built bent. If one frame rail is bent and the other is not, its a safe bet it was built bent.
