My Gladiator is the first vehicle I’ve had with a backup camera. It’s the greatest thing since sliced bread during the day, but I can’t see much of anything on the camera at night.

Has anyone coming a solution to make the backup lights brighter?

Do you have the LED package? If not, you might wanna swap out the normal bulbs for LEDs. You can also replace the reflectors in your rear bumper for these...

There's multiple threads on backup lights. There's also some on ways to dim the license plate lights, which are the main problem at night. The Tazer (ZAutomotive) is another option, which will turn off the license plate lights when in reverse.

One thing to keep in mind is the Oracle lights only have a 1 year warranty. If you live in snow country this area gets covered in salty moisture.

There is another brand, I can't put my finger on the name with a lifetime warranty for about $220. Less than Baja designs and still very bright.

One other option if you don't need it to look built in is a Diode Dynamics single LED pod for about $60. I think I'm going this way.

The Oracle aux. backup lights are great, but the Tazer shutting off the license plate lights when you put it in reverse is the best!

I also have the Oracle backup lights and they make a giant difference. They overpower the license plate lights so I can actually see where I am going. However, I think I am still gonna get the Tazer so the plate lights turn off because they are just too damn annoying

I checked out your Amazon link...it says "Will not fit your 2020 Gladiator."

Are these the ones you got? You said you put them in, but, how do they actually do with the non-LED white part of the tail light assembly for brightness?
I noticed that.
These lamps do fit: they’re nice and snug in the socket.
And they are much brighter than the standard lamps.

I have the Oracle reflector replacements. Two thumbs up, would do again, it's soooooo much better.

Tazer also provides the function of using those lights for 30 mins via key presses.
