I'm curious to see how this works out as I've never particularly cared much for cartridge style filters, and care even less for the needlessly expensive version of filter they decided to use on the 3rd gen ecodiesel.
Some of the 3rd gen EcoDiesel folks are running this cap with a remote filter or a remote filter and bypass filter.

Cool, but what cap is it?
It's a custom part that isn't currently advertised for sale. The price is $565 shipped. It is designed to work with the Amsoil dual remote filter kit, which is about $1,000 total for everything (Amsoil kit, lines, dual filters, cap, etc.). If interested, I can send you a message with the contact information.

Note: There's obviously more room in the Ram pickup for this type of modification.

With this. You can also plump in an oil cooler too. Which I did with my Nismo. A 34 row oil cooler.

Been wanting to get one for a few years now and with only have 22,500 miles on my 2024 max tow so now it would be wise to finally get this product.

That was my thought also. But $565 is ridiculous, IMO.

All flow goes through the system unlike the Insane Diesel kit which pulls 10%. Plus, this kit maintains a bypass relief valve in the filter element (also something Insane Diesel eliminates with their cap). If interested, I can send you a message with the contact information.

That's about 125k miles worth of oem oil filters. With the amount that I'm driving so far, it's over 10yrs for me. I haven't had any issues with any of the oem filters used.

Aftermarket filters might have different bypass valve spring rate and or filter media that can causes low pressure. They all claims 25 micron or better but who has actually verified them?

The Amsoil dual remote would be the most efficient at 2 microns at 98.7% efficiency. Otherwise, I like these two Fram filters for OEM drop-in. They are 20 microns at 99% efficiency.

Fram, part# TG12939 Tough Guard, 15,000 miles
Fram, part# CH12939 Extra Guard, 10,000 miles

I use the Fram ultra syntenic XG11794 for my Insane diesel kit. They use a similar style adapter to syphon off oil.

It would be fantastic if Baxter's kit also didn't orient the filter upside-down, preventing us from pre-filling the filter and also preventing used oil from dripping out all over everything during an oil change.

Custom parts that aren't mass produced are very expensive. However, the system will pay for itself if you take advantage of the extended oil drain intervals. Right now, the system has been tested up to a 13,500-mile interval with Amsoil MS. That sample gave us the second-best wear rates ever recorded. Once the residuals are removed, there's hope that we'll see the best wear rate recorded.

will either kick a low oil pressure warning if put on with a tiny bit too much torque or break.
Thats not true. At least in my experiance. I tighten mine till it stops. Actually, I just did a oil change yesterday and decided to check the oil filter with a torqu wrench for the first time. I was WAAAYY over the recommended 25 nm. Ive never had a issue. Im about to roll over 40K and I change the oil every 7K. Oh, I also use Doc's filters as well.

The Mopar filter isn't a proprietary filter. There are lot of aftermarket filters that you can use rather than Mopar.

Valvoline, part# VO207
Doc's, part# D11880
Scratch Fram off the list. They are part of First Brands, which went belly up. What's on the shelf is it. First Brands owns a whole bunch of auto parts companies. They're all going away.

Let's see what happens. Ford and GM are both interested in keeping Fram going. GM just held an emergency meeting last week regarding this issue.
