I finally had my CP4 Fuel Pump replaced this week. Three weeks ahead of schedule.
When I brought it in, my truck was running and not throwing any codes, so they replaced the pump and the two steel lines that ran from the pump to the fuel rail. It took them about two hours to complete.
So far, there have been no issues, but I am smelling diesel fuel. My guess is it is on the top of the engine and has not burned off completely, as it is not leaking anywhere.
