I am looking at added a vinyl strip behind the rear tire on the side of the bed, goes top to bottom that states 2WD in some matching Jeep font. Gonna make the Jeep a sleeper… no one real know what it really is.

Uh oh…. Look what happened to my Sport S Max Tow. I started it up a few days ago and… it now identifies as a Rubicon! ?

maybe it’s the 37x12.50x17’s with no lift/no rub (important to designate Max Tow here) I think regular Sport would probably rub on stock Jeep Rubicon Rims.

It's because you used the Tazer to change the startup screen.

Walked out today and one of the contractors put rubicon on the hood. Clearly a sport s. No other mods (stock rubber etc) why? I dont get it. Anyone else faking ( a real trim) and if a member was in satellite beach today with that truck sorry for calling you out
When I was in HS in 1991 people put 5.0 emblems on their 2.3L Mustangs. Didn't care. I'd smoke them in my Paxton supercharged 91' LX 5.0!

Hah! I have some friends that affixed V8 badges on their (leased) XJ and others with an SRT-6 (from the crossfire) badge on a WK w/ SRT wheels. All in good fun.

It's what Captain Kirk says to set to stun if you don't want to kill anyone.
In Star Trek parlance, it is "Taser" with an "S" and not a "Z".

There is grammar NAZI's in the Star Trek universe when I made a similar mistake one time and found out.

Yes you are correct. Most of us spell things like that as they sound. But it is an S as you say.

Most spell words like that as they sound and they rarely get corrected so you see it spelled both ways around the web. Same with Taser.

So let's get REALLY technical -
A TASER is a device that administers an electric shock through thin flexible wires connected to two probes that are fired into the target.

So if you connect a taser to your Jeep, you desire to shock it into submission?

It may be a Jeep decal I bought as a NOS from an AMC/Jeep vendor selling at a swap meet in Kenosha selling parts from the old AMC plant up there, but it's honest because the car really does have a 4.0 HO Jeep engine.

Its the same vibe as why I have a classic AMC Jeep tricolor badge on my JK in the CJ location. I remember the old gods.

I remember one time in my '96 ZJ, I was getting tired of all the morons in their modded (Greddy) rice burners with the big can exhausts making tons of noise around the neighborhoods, I took a Folgers can and cut a hole in the bottom and wired it onto my exhaust pipe. Mind you, this was the 4.0L with an Edelbrock free flow muffler (actually sounded pretty good as the I-6 and I was asked a few times if it was a de-badged V-8).

Drove it through the parking lot they always hung out at, put it in neutral and revved it a few times...nice rumble magnified by the coffee can.

They saw the Folgers can and started yelling at me and flipping me off. I simply smiled and waved back politely and drove off quickly

Your fart can was a whole lot cheaper than theirs (although if you bought the coffee today, it might be a wash)
