they've been updated; however, i have no idea what Emark R23 certification is. That's what the Dura Mini has, "@steffen - great job consolidating all the different lights into one post. Additionally, another very important characteristic to consider is what level or degree of water intrusion each light is tested to (IP Code or International Protection Rating). As an example the EBESTauto lights have a IP 67 water proofing rating. Maybe you could add that to you your comparisons. I will try to get a night time picture as well.

also Rigid's is IP68 rated. is ip68 better than ip67?
EDIT: "To recap: IP67 means the unit can be dropped into a body of water up to a meter deep for half an hour, while IP68 guarantees protection in water up to 1.5m deep for the same period of time. Both are resistant to dust."
