So, good news for those with base halogen tails and don't have (or want to use) a programmer to change vehicle settings for the Oracle tail lights; @JP_Oracle's fix seems to be keeping my reverse lights on and working. He'll have more info to share in the next day or two.
To reiterate, my vehicle came with factory halogen lights all around and I'm choosing to use Oracle's resistors so I don't have to use a programmer to change vehicle light settings. If you have factory LED tail lights and/or blind spot sensors, you may run into other install hurdles or need a programmer to get things working.
Since mine now seem to be fully working, here's some install pics. Note that I only have minor install gripes at this point which I'm sure can be ironed out with future design changes. I'm perfectly happy with the fitment and quality of the lights, it's similar to OEM so I'm happy. I know others have had bigger gaps in certain areas around the perimeter of the lights, but I'm wondering if that could also be the jeep body panel not being formed correctly and not necessarily an issue with the Oracle light.
My minor Issues list:

My minor Issues list:
- Box arrived damaged in the mail (but luckily no damage to the lights); either bulk up box construction, or ship inside a secondary box instead of in a plastic shipping bag.
- Harness not long enough to keep body side connector in place inside the tail light cavity. I'd like to see a few more inches on Oracle's harness to give greater flexibility.
- No adhesive tape on the resistors or good info on how/where exactly to mount them.
- Head of screw hits the tail light cavity (minor if not modified, may lead to wear through paint and rust later). Link to reference post here: https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/flush-mount-tail-lights.30902/post-813874
