Hurricane Ida update: Our facilities luckily did not sustain any major damage from hurricane Ida but we are currently waiting for utilities to be restored so that we can resume business. We are going to be setting up staff to work remotely in the meantime. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
I know y'all are getting beat up over the long leadtime and communication as related to these new tail lights. I am keeping y'all and the rest of Louisiana in my prayers.

As a former resident years ago I understand how these storms can turn everything upside down. I hope everyone is safe! Other stuff can be replaced.

Glad you guys are okay. I've got no problem waiting for something that I didn't need and just wanted.

But I am curious if you can answer this. Has the material supply issue been resolved? Are the lights actually being manufactured at this time? Or are they still in pre-production? If that's not something you can answer, no big deal.

Again. No hurry. Thanks and take care.

Thank you all for your best wishes! We are incredibly grateful that our staff is safe and our facility was not damaged. The situation is still uncertain as most of the metro area is without power; however, we are here to help as best we can with our customer relations staff working remotely.

I don't yet have an update to share on this, but we will be sure to post as soon as we know. This is unlucky timing for you all, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Greatly appreciate your patience! If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to PM us or email [email protected]. We will work to assist you as quickly as possible.

So I have no background in manufacturing, but how can a company in the process of manufacturing a product not know if it’s product is in preproduction versus production? It’s one or the other right? Unless there’s more steps I’m unaware of course, which is very possible given my lack of experience in this space. Asking honestly here, not being confrontational. Cheers!

Hi Ed! My post was that I, personally, am not 100% certain of the current status. I am waiting to confirm this with those staff members who are can provide this information so you are given all the correct information. Communication between teams is tricky at the moment due to many staff members being without internet/cell service. Thank you for your question and your patience and understanding!

I would hope Morris doesn't know more about their shipping date than an Oracle employee.

I don't normally pre-order stuff, and now I'm remembering why.
Sadly, I doubt they will even ship by October. I am still guessing it will be Christmas before any of us see our orders.

Hopefully the quality is better than the reverse lights. I hate having to cut up new harnesses because they are too short!

This is exactly why I asked about the refund options previously. Oacle may be a good company with the best of intentions but this is a buisness transaction. Plane and simple.

No emotion in it and in no way did i agree to be "understanding" if they cant meet their shipping times/deadlines. If i choose to be understanding its my choice since accepting prolonged delays were not agreed upon prior to payment.

I’m here to say that I have a problem. The first step is admitting you have a problem. I really need these flush mount lights. I hit my driver side light on a tree AGAIN today. I was climbing a muddy trail with an angled rock ledge. It kicked me to the left, and the light housing just barely struck the tree. If I had the flush mount lights, I wouldn’t have even hit it…

Little silicone and more time I think, the hurricane did not make things better!

Hi y'all, I hope everyone had a great weekend.

We are currently still waiting for utilities to be restored so that we can resume business. We are hopeful that this will be soon. I understand it is hard to wait and I don't want anyone to jump to their worst scenarios. Groupbuys will still be the first to receive these -- before any other customer. Once we are able to reopen, we will be able to provide more information on timing. Again, we have our fingers crossed this will be soon.

We appreciate your patience greatly. However, as always, if you prefer not to wait, we can cancel the order and refund your payment. You can re-purchase a set from a future production run if you so wish. Please reach out to our team directly if we can assist with this.

Any updates? When can we expect shipping now?
Hi, we finally have hazard-cleared roads and restored electricity/internet. We were able to safely re-open today and are settling in to assist. We are just waiting to hear back from production and will communicate the next update as soon as possible. We will be sure to post here as well as via email so you won't miss the information.
