I am no electrical engineer, but they don't have any resistor in line on the white reverse lights but they do on the red brake/turns.

Resistor is there to turn a factory halogen signal into an acceptable LED signal. If you already have LED signal you just unplug the resistor.

Now why they have this on the red bulbs but didn't also include this on the reverse, idk.
Interesting, I changed out all my bulbs on the front of my JT to led and I have not had any issues with lights going out or flickering, no other changes, truly plug and play.

Just curious do the reverse lights stop working because of a resistor failure or some other reason?
My thought is that the TIPM doesn't see the proper draw on that circuit and shuts the driver off.

Sooo after waiting the extra week thanks to USPS. I am having issues as well. Changed my Tail lights to LED with my Flashcal. Installed with no resistor. Had light out errors. Installed resistors and still have light out message. Not sure about reverse light issue yet.

Also on a all Halogen Gladiator.

Try putting it back to halogen and see what happens

I installed them on my JTR with factory LED package and have the bulb out notification. The turn signal indicators in the dash hyper-flash but the turn signals themselves blink at normal speed. I have not had any issues with the reverse light portion. I sent Oracle a PM to document the issue.

After doing some calculations and some deeper research, I have come to a possible solution which I am having one of our members try.

Once I've confirmed the results of that, I will report back to you all with said solution, if all goes well. This will take a few days.

Note: this is for halogen users. Still looking into LED users. Keep the info coming our way and we will keep working to get this sorted.

Leave the resistors in and drive the Jeep for a few cycles. Typically, DTCs clear automatically if the computer no longer see's the issue after 3-5 drive cycles.

Thats what I was thinking. I'm going somewhere tonight so hopefully it resets. Don't know about the reverse light issue yet. I just installed did a initial test to see if they worked and that was it so far.

I'll be keeping my eye out for this when the info comes my way from Rachel. What is interesting here to me, is that we have a JTR which is bone stock (We did all testing on this) and had zero of these issues.

For what it's worth, I sent over a screen cap of my window sticker that has all the options mine came with.

I'm in the same situation, JTR w/ factory LED. I can clear the bulb out warning w/ JScan, but warning comes back on when I use the turn signals. I also have the dash hyperflash. All the rear lights otherwise work fine. I sent a PM to Oracle last night and I haven't received a reply yet.

You shouldn't be having issues if you have a JSCAN and changed the right settings. Make sure yours matches this posted by another member:

Yeah, I used the exact same JScan setting. I wrote that in my message to @ORACLElights last night.
