I think they have a team thing going. Despite initial comms attempts, I've never heard from Daniel, but did hear from Renee and Walter. Currently in comms with Renee to pickup my order in a few weeks. Very different from any vehicle purchase I've done in the past. No voice comms. But a fair deal is a fair deal is a fair deal. And I like that that. Everyone wins and no one gets ripped off. Unlike my local dealers here where the deal was to charge MSRP plus dealer add-ons that you don't want. Win Win with Gupton and they'll definitely have my future business if they continue the honesty model..

How much was the local city/county tax?

On my Mojave with the added 8Yr / 125K extended warranty, the total state/local tax due was $410.

I have an appointment to pick mine up from Gupton tomorrow morning (8/13).

The tracker seemed fairly accurate until it was built (8/4). From there it showed an estimated delivery date of 8/28, then 8/29, then 8/10, then it went to TBD. It has not moved to Shipped on the progress bar. These discrepancies are well documented, but just passing along my experience for posterity.

Picked up my Gobi Rubicon that was ordered on 5/4 from Gupton yesterday 8/11. Very smooth process, I was in and out in under an hour. Price was exactly as agreed upon and their financing actually beat my bank for the rate which was surprising.

I flew in the night before from out of state and ubered from the airport to the Hampton hotel which is across the street, then walked to the dealership in the morning.

For those still waiting, just email Renee with the date and time you want to pickup. They have a ton of orders to get through so the more direct you are the better. Mine was delivered on 7/29, Renee emailed me on 8/8 and I picked up on 8/11.

Yep! Its about a 5 minute walk with sidewalks and a crosswalk all the way.

Got mine delivered from Gupton using Sherpa auto transport. Took about 48 hours from shipping order to delivered. I know some have asked about shipping companies before. Was $1025 from Gupton to Myrtle Beach. Definitely impressed with both price and speed. Signed all docs with Gupton electronically. Very convenient I must say.

Hoping to order a black Gladiator Rubicon Diesel. Just started the process of contacting Daniel three days ago but have not had a response yet. Im sure they are super busy. What is the average time before they respond? How long are people waiting between order and delivery now? I did do the Tread Lightly membership and im waiting on my number as well. Im guessing most people fly in and uber the night before. Thanks!

They've been swamped lately with deliveries but its never took more than a day or so for them to get back to me during my order process. I believe in the past some peoples emails were going to his spam folder and Daniel never received them. I sent my emails from my Gmail account and never had any issues.
