I had a similar thought. Daniel Gupton may be able to offer us these great deals, in part, by running his business lean. I have never before (at a car dealership) dealt directly with the person whose name is on the building. Gupton motors is doing things different: better in my book. Itās cool to get a great price obviously, but also to avoid the usual hassle of an upsell or other BS like āI need to ask my managerā. I hate that crap. My experience dealing directly with Daniel has been great. Heās busy, yes, and is taking care of a lot of HIS business on his own, but he has so far been straight forward. All of this makes me very much want to support his business and help him complete with the dealerships that are so darn painful to work with.Email works the best for them. Calling constantly and leaving voicemails all the time is just wasting their time and yours.
I'm beginning to wonder how sustainable this is for them. The fact that they haven't noticeably expanded their sales staff even with deliveries and orders shooting through the roof says something.
