agreed.....but its not a drift....its a lane change
Yeah, mine pulls a bit harder than some other vehicles I’ve owned, but it’s not like it’s instantly snatching me into that lane if I let go of the wheel.

I’d tell your alignment guy that your truck with factory specs pulls right, and the wheel is at 11 o’clock keeping it straight. If he’s any good, he should be able to correct that. Mine is about the same as you are describing your’s. When I get my adjustable track bar and adjustable LCA’s put in and adjusted, I will go back to him, and tell him the same thing, and he will correct it accordingly.

Well this is where we get into differing opinions. If we are to adjust anything then we one side would have longer control arms than the other. One shop told me to dial it in doing that....Another has shared thats not how you do it. The third said not to touch it and said theyre blaming steering.

That’s what an alignment is for... To correct incorrect things causing issues. Did they do a 2 or 4-wheel alignment? A 4-wheel can tell you a lot..

But, I’m exhausted on ideas of what the hell could be wrong with your Jeep, so, no offense, but best of luck, keep the thread updated. :like:

I would describe it as it pulls. You need to have the steering wheel at 10 oclock to go straight.

What do you mean by dog walking?

By Dog walking I mean if you are holding the wheel at 10 oclock to keep it going straight down the road and a buddy is behind you does the truck look like the rear tires are not perfectly inline with the front tires. I.e. you know how when some dogs walk it's like their back legs move faster than their fronts so their hips are kinda off to one side? It's an old term I got from my dad as a kid. Apparently back in the day when everything had a solid rear axle, that was a dead giveaway that a car was in an accident and the frame was tweaked. Therefore, IF it is in fact dog walking, that tells me the axles are not square, which can also be verified by doing the cross measurement I mentioned before.

OK I have a new update. When I measure from the rear driver side axle to the front passenger side axle. I have a different length then vice versa. The distance from my passenger rear axle to my front driver side axle is 1 inch longer than the other side.
what doesthat mean

It means that the two axles are not square, or parallel with each other. At least you found the problem. Those 2 measurements should be dead on.

The other possibility is that they are parallel, but one axle isn't centered.

All eight control arms are within 1/8 of an inch or less.
found one of his texts with the alignmen. This was from one shop post alignment. I know he took it elsewhere after and while it’s been measured it has not been realigned after Something seems off from those reading. I know the one shop I went with him it read in the 5s

Ok an update. Both axles are shifted to the driver side. Front axle about half an inch and the rear axle is a a bit over an inch. I’m going to help him center it tomorrow. Would this be enough to cause a hard pull to the right?

Wow, 3 shops and nobody checked the alignment of the axles under the Jeep...... You need to find a new shop! And the shop that installed it, well they obviously don't do many Jeeps. As for will this cause you issues, I would say most certainly, especially the fact that they were off by differing amounts. Another question, did the kit come with adjustable track bars? With 3.5" of lift, it should have.

yes. Kit has adjustable track bars. Where they went possibly wrong is the track bars are the length described by the kit. Which is wierd it would be off this amount

At least it's an easy fix, shouldn't take more than an hour or so to get everything squared away!
