Scanguage is the cheapest way to monitor this stuff.. I think we should rename these stages. I propose :
Passive: engine exhaust is hot enough to passively burn the soot.
Active: actively dosing def to burn the soot.
Forced: When the error pops up forcing you to continue driving until the filter is cleared. (from numerous failed active stages)

A bluetooth OBD2 scanner with an app on your phone is by far the cheapest and easiest.

I've been running the VeePeak OBDCheck OBD II scanner ($40) since the day I picked up my JT in January 2021.

I paired this with with the OBD Fusion app (iPhone) for $10.

I used screens created by some users off the RAM forums as seen in this thread post #17

But you aren't including the cost of the smartphone, Charger to keep it charged while you drive, and a potentially adequate mounting solution for it :)

OK Touche'. Scanguage is "Probably" the second least expensive... If you already have a smartphone.

Interestingly enough, mine doesn’t have that option. I’ll try a firmware update and see if that does the trick.
Mine is 1.22 version.
