Yes that’s how I felt when my ford broke an axle going down the highway and Ford said no warranty because of oversized tires even though I bought it new that wa, or when my Porsche engine blew due to a faulty design and the factory refused to take blame for the hundreds of failures. Just roll the dice and hope it’s not snake eyesand this is my lemon gladiator...I bought it three years ago, I WOULD NOT BUY IT AGAIN TODAY, two years walking from dealer to dealer and spending money and they never solved anything for me. This is my latest diagnosis...has anyone had something similar happen to them? totally lost![]()

????Check valve lash for bent valve.
Naw, the 37" tires do that. The Main was probably killing the Aux.
Sometime piston and rings can still be good after lightly hits the valve, depending on compression ratio of course.????
How are you going to bend a valve on these unless the piston hits a valve. If that happens, you have big troubles. There's no lash to these, lash adjusters and followers.
what kind of 'guarantees' did you buy? did you get the Jeep extended care warranty? Or was it a dealership specific thing? if it was a factory warranty then it would be well worth fighting. If it was a dealership specific thing, then irregardless of the new owners I would be consulting with a lawyer since there was signed paperwork and often times companies, with ownership changes, take on liabilities of past 'guarantees'. Most people just dont try to fight it, which is why we are in this place of garbage service because nobody is being held accountable. I would do anything and everything possible to force them to be accountable in that situation especially if there was signed paperwork. Unless it was a 'handshake' deal.Thank you all for the help, the reality is that I always did the oil changes and I bought the Jeep because it was my dream. I will seem ridiculous but I do feel bad.And yes I bought all the guarantees but the dealership changed owners. I don't answer many things because I'm a woman and the truth is I'm sorry for the women who know a lot about mechanics, I don't understand anything
