Following this because I am interested in making the jump to 35s. Currently have 33 Falken M/T and I hate them. For those that went from 33 to 35 what was your experience with mpgs? More importantly what about gearing? I’ve read that getting to 7th or 8th gear might be an issue? True? I’m looking at MICKEY THOMPSONBAJA BOSS A/T
I didn’t hate how the Falken MTs on my JTR drove but when I swapped to the Maxxis Razr 35x11.5s I noticed improvements across the board. I also did the teraflex 1” and daystar 3/4” spacers, mopar LCAs and fox steering stabilizer. Jscan programming the true tire size corrected shift points, and I improved one mpg to 16.5. No regearing needed on 35s. Love my jeep truck. Go for it!

Looks great! I have the same AEV kit waiting to go on when I have time. Have you noticed any change in articulation? I’ve head the stiff springs can affect articulation but not heard real world experience.

After 2.5 years I finally got around to lifting my 2020 JTR.

I've loved my previous AEV suspension lift on my 2013 JKR (not JKRU) so went back to it for the 2020 Gladiator.

Lift: AEV 2.5" Dualsport RT Suspension lift w/ AEV's steering damper
Wheels: AEV Borah Dualsport in Onyx w/ protection rings (not beadlock rings)
Tires: BFG KO2 37x12.5 Load Range C

Is this where you tell us your garage is actually a barn?

Nice looking rig, at least from what I can see from down here...

Ha! I wish it was a barn!
No, it’s just a normal garage. Door opening is 7 foot high (84”) and the truck measured 7 foot 1 inch (85”) at its tallest point. It only fits because my driveway is an inch lower than door opening and slopes down for drainage.
It’s a tight fit with approximately 1/2” of space.

You boys with your 40's are making me think about upgrading.

EVO lift, 38" Nittos, 20" KMC rims and lots of other stuff. I work on it endlessly. Check out my build thread.
