WOW, Just imagine what we can do with some similar outputs like that Bronco tune. They locked us out, properly to prevent warranty claims. I had heard the tune was a thing for the Bronco but i never researched it. I remember some years back the compony Hamburger was in talks with about a factory warranty backed Turbo or Supercharger ? Don't know what ever happened to that.

the Chevy Colorado 310hp/430ftlbs power outputs would put us on pair with the old eco-diesel. I ran that eco-diesel for 3 years and that was almost a perfect macth for our trucks as far as torque numbers.
never materialized as a factory backed option. If jeep had done what ford did and partnered with megnesun (or whomever), I would have bought the supercharger on day 1. Seems like easy money left on the table since all the development was done by someone else. Just sell it as a package that included upgraded rods ect to minimize warranty issues.

If Jp can offer $15-20K off of new 2024 Gladiators sitting on lots, how about a similar voucher for those of us who want to special order a new 2025 Gladiator. Are you listening Mr Broderdorf?

Advantage of having a turbo from the factory- the tunes are a LOT easier and provide big results. If the Hurricane ever makes it to the JT...

What's annoying is with the Bronco Raptor you can get a OEM performance tune (warranty covered) for $900 which is good for like 40+HP/60+ftlbs

Get us on par with the Chevy Colorado 310hp/430ftlbs
I test drove a ZR2 thinking the powertrain was going to be pretty great. I was shocked at how underwhelming it really was. Some reviews peg it at 6.5 sec 0-60, whereas a gladiator with smaller tires crossed the line at 7.2.

The gladiator is an absolute dog to be sure, but 6.5 is not what I'd expect from 310/430 power numbers.

Yeah. NA tunes won't net anywhere near what FI tunes can. I've been happy with what we have though. I can cruise at highway speed in the mountains without issue and 4lo gives me plenty of torque offroad. I have had lots of FI cars but I don't know that I want a FI Jeep. High octane fuel and longevity aside, I want a linear torque curve for wheeling. Now a 392 or emissions deleted diesel? Yes please.

Lets hope we get some new fresh packages and upgrades for Gladiator. New engine options along with the great 3.6. Could care less about 4XE however i understand it is needed for sales number. Give us some fresh new updated products from the Jeep performance factory and stop treating us like the damm black sheep (WE ARE) lol Unacceptable that the wrangler gets xtreme package with 4:56 gearing and steel bumpers with winches right from the factory.
I actually like a V6 or a small V8 but either would need to be of a larger displacement than 3.6L which they list as 220 but is actually 219.685479in³ 🤔 it is common for them to just round it up. Back in the day one could easy solve displacement issue by having the engine bored out a few thousands bigger 10,20 or 30 thousandths . I have often wondered if anyone anywhere has ever taken one of these 3.6L and bored them out and installed a larger set of pistons. With this motor being computerized controlled wouldn't it just recalibrate for the extra fuel needed.

Okay back to the CEO of Jeep it literally comes down to him listening or towing the line.
Most that make it that quickly to the tow have towed the line in my experience and will kiss whomevers @$$ to keep a job if the say to trash the Gladiator He will do just that. Time will tell.

I test drove a ram with the new hurricane engine last when i pick up my new max tow just so i can get a feel for the drivetrain. The Power on that ram felt good really good and it seem to shift really smooth, not sure what trans that unit is running but i was really pleased with it overall. Even if it makes it way to the JT next year i would give it at least till 2027 before considering buying one.

I hope he does listen to his base and gives us more options and fun colors like he mentioned last week. I love the Gladiator and i really hope they wise up. So much potential!! Hopefully we see the mystical "Gladiator Hercules" edition soon. lol

He looks like a Chad.... more like "BRO"-derdorf. Maybe we'll get an OBX or High Tide packaged Gladiator to cruise the beach in.

Yeah, I watched a video review of the RAM RHO. They were blasting that thru the desert and up some sheer sand walls. Crazy power!!! Looked like it was accelerating going UP the wall. Didn't sound as good as the "Hemi" but it didn't sound terrible either.

He looks awfully young.....
Old enough to know how a visor should work and to not need a $2 dollar Amazon fix to make it right, or old enough to expect all the mechanical parts to live long and well and to also want the best reputation in the industry. ….oh, that’s going to hit our wallets, won’t it 😬
