Might I ask... what happened with your Oculus switchback headlights? I have them as well, so far so good but good to know of potential issues.I can’t believe they are still selling these, knowing there is a potential problem. Seems like only a small…very small percentage of people are making out ok.
I had the same issue with mine but was able to sell them to someone that could live with having a defective part on their vehicle.
It’s really a shame. I mean, they did own up to the problem but haven’t solved it as of yet. Maybe refund everyone a percentage of the original purchase price ???
Seems like their customer service is going downhill as quick as their products too. Had my switchback headlights break and I’m currently in week 2 of waiting for them to refund my money to PayPal. Thank goodness I can simply dispute the charges as once they received the lights back…. I’ve been ignored. Zero communication from anyone. Any attempt to call gets put to a voicemail.
ABSOLUTE JOKE
I agree about their customer service. I called them to ask which LED bulbs to put in my DRL & front turn signals (before I went the American Adventure Labs fender chop route... much better and fantastic customer service). Then when they didn't work (with my Tazer mini) the girl on the phone gave me an attitude and acted like it was my fault for ordering the wrong lights. I called them to ask first! Then she makes me pay for my own return shipping because "they don't offer return shipping labels" although ironically I've heard of many people who have gotten them. I have their Oculus switchback headlights, and I am happy with them, but that will probably be my last Oracle purchase.. I've read so many horror stories about their customer service. The common theme seems to be a lack of accountability (other than on here)... it's always the customers fault and they can do no wrong. They talk a big game on these forums though.
Just my experience/2 cents
