Not sure what to do, wait or order? Not sure If its worth having all the technology, more things to break, not that the '23's are dinosaurs, but the bigger screen is nice, and if they come out with e Rubicon X edition with 35's from 4th factory?

It's so close at this point that I'd at least wait to see some official '24 news, unless the deals were something you couldn't refuse. Price will go up, but if any of the '24 Wrangler updates interest you it may be worth waiting for. Full-float rear axle, does it increase towing, if that's important to you. Screen, 35" packages, 4xe possibility, new grill, etc.

the factory 35s aren't tied to the Rubicon X trim on the wrangler and there is no reason to suspect it would be if introduced to the JT. Both the JLU rubicon and rubicon x can option the XR package but have 33s standard.

If I was in the market, I'd wait for the 24's....just to clear the Hemi rumor.

I'd wait to see if the JT gets the full float rear. That'd make it worth it to me. Wireless carplay is nice but I don't necessarily care about the screen and the antenna in the windshield is actually a deterrent with how often they crack.

Still might be worth waiting to see what is going to happen, if anything. The JT came out 2 years after the JL did.

Id go look at a 24 wrangler and see if you think its a big enough improvement to be worth waiting. It will at least give you an idea.

I had planned on a 2024 (lose my company car when I retire in December) but the deals on the ‘23s got me. Full float rear would be nice but my boat is only 3500 pounds so that wasn’t a deal breaker. Extreme recon would be a nice option too. Both of those are exactly promised in the ‘24s though. The new tech was more of a nice to have and I don’t listen to the radio or care much about the grill—all that stuff is easily replaceable later.

For me, it came down to "is the extra stuff worth the $9000+ I got off MSRP?" and "Am I willing to risk a late release mixed with a long queue to get my Jeep?" My personal answer to both was "no". All answers are someone’s personal right answer though, right?

ETA: I now have my Jeep for fall fishing season as an added bonus.

I ended up ordering a 23 since we wanted the Punkn orange color badly and its a crap shoot when a color you want pops up (where are you Gecko and Mojito?!). It seems like fun colors get harder to find every model year.

We didn't care for the new grill or the new interior screen and didn't want the extra safety stuff that is standard along with the antenna in the windshield. We already got a great below MSRP deal with Gupton and I'm hoping we get a few incentives hanging around when the jeep finally arrives.

I'd say if the 2024 changes are meaningful to you, go for that. However, if not then get a 23 and don't look back. I'm really hoping this 2024 5.7 hemi rumor doesn't come true on top of offering Mojito or Gecko again after we ordered! But given where cars are going, I'd say getting a V8 in the Gladiator is a long shot. Not impossible, but not likely either.

I went with the ‘23. I’m not a fan of the new grille or the changes to the infotainment (mainly the removal of the circular air vents in the middle), plus the price was too good to pass up the 23 order.

Wait for 24, then decide if you want a 23 at what will be a heavy discount if the 24s come with the upgrades.

I’d rather have a 2024, but the discounts on a 2023 would be tempting.

I just saw this on Facebook:

I saw this too. Strange, it says 20% off MSRP on each gladiator listing...but the total discount was only $7k on a $60k MSRP. ???

I'm seeing 2023s close to 22% off MSRP at some dealerships on the east coast. Wait until November or December, when 2024s are starting to arrive, and I think you could grab one off a lot for close to 25% off.

Gladiator sales are in the toilet - have been for more than a year now. There are thousands sitting on dealer lots now - and thousands more used ones with low mileage. If they announce a 4xe Gladiator, it's going to be even harder to move the existing inventory.

I called it months ago that the MY23s were going on fire sales. Hell of a time to grab a deal, though interests rates still suck donkey dick.

Go with a credit union if you want a fair rate, can't say good any more; NavyFed is a 4.54 for 36 mos
