Portable KCup coffee maker

I'm going to Moab in a few weeks and will be on the trail a few days.

Does anyone know of a portable KCup coffee maker thats either battery powered or I can plug into the bed outlet?

I have a seen a few cheap coffee makers but they all are too much watts for the bed outlet.

Not sure it does K-cups (it definitely does the older style Nespresso pods) but this works pretty well..

I would just get a 2000W inverter that you hook up to your car's battery whenever you want a cup

We have a small stainless one. Good enough for 2 cups. Only issue with it is the time it takes to brew then cool. Granted coffee in the cup is hot for an hour after but waiting to get coffee before getting on the road sucks. But when I have time thats the best option out there.

The aeropress + isobutane stove is so easy. It boils water FAST.

Makita makes a cool battery powered one but idk how much it is.

This. My setup is similar and makes amazing coffee. I also sometimes just take a small pot for boiling water and some Folgers.

Depending on my mood, I usually go for something like nescafe instant and boiling water with my Minimo.

For boiling water I haven't found anything faster. Even carrying my Mt everest stove, which rocks, if all I need to do is boil water I use the jet boil.

If I feel like something more involved, I just use my Stanley French press.

I wonder if you could find a small travel kettle to heat water to boiling and then use instant coffee? I know instant coffee isn’t everyone’s thing, but I actually don’t mind the Folger’s instant, like this; IMO it’s actually pretty good considering the price.

That's basically what I do most of the time if you look at my previous post.

I've found the Nescafe is actually pretty decent.

You know, it’s funny… I clicked on your link, saw the Jetboil and thought “that looks nice” and then totally missed the detail about Nescafe. I guess I got sidetracked by nice gear!

Either way, I think instant coffee might also be a solution to the original question instead of trying to find a portable K Cup maker.

Yeah, honestly I used to run a kuerig at home and office years ago, but it was mostly for convenience. It just got to expensive and I don't think it was any better than good instant coffee.

I use this when camping. Just boil some water and pour it over these. Taste great and easy cleanup

I have this for my travel trailer, works great. I'm not sure the wattage but I would assume the bed outlet would not run it.

These instant packets changed my camping coffee game. Boil water, add coffee and enjoy. They taste great IMO and are tiny and light weight.

When I motorcycle camp this is what I use, with a jet boil you have coffee in no time.
