I believe there are a few harness that "will fit" however only one incorporates the diode that will prevent back feed and damage the PCM when manually used. This was the case on a couple Rams in like early 14-15 also. So even though you don't have an issue now.. doesn't mean you won't. This was info I heard from Curt in one of their training reps

I just spoke with Curt they say the plug 51459 doesn't work on the Gladiator, but is made for cherokee. I don't doubt you, but why wouldn't they say it fits both? Surely they know about the JT? I also read that there is a slight error when using the adaptive cruise control. Any experience with this as well? Thanks
Interesting they say that, but etrailer says that harness works and Redarc told me the same

Don't get too excited and brake your breaks. If you brake your breaks you will end up driving into a tree and braking your head. Auto correct is seldom our friend

The adaptor you need will depend on the BRAND of controller you end up with. I just installed a Curt Spectrum controller so the harness was Curt #51459 (which will work with pretty much and Curt controller). Looks great, IMO and matches the other panel components. Like the Redarc, it has a separate module. Unlike the Redarc, you can install it without putting any holes in your dash if you choose too.

Did you experience any power feed back with that adapter??

I get some odd light patterns (maybe power feedback) while driving with or without trailer connected on mine and have the same Curt setup. It doesn’t seem to impact its functionality while towing though.

I am unsure of the correct wire harness to plug into the under the dash plug for the break controller . Is it Tekonsha 3014-p or 3024 adapter harness ? The trailer I will be getting weights #3000 and a single axle .Any break controller suggestion ? FYI Mopar has nothing available at this time for the Gladiator ! Thanks
I hope you mean trailer brake control! I'm not breaking my trailer!
