Attended my first “Rigs and Coffee” in Asheville, NC. I was the only new Gladiator... there was one predecessor for sale:

Did about the most manly thing I could do without leaving the city limits --- popped the freedom top, took my boys to Home Depot, caught a brief sun-shower, and then to the butcher to pick-up steaks....

It wasn't nekked, it wasn't topless, but it is what I am referring to as the nipple slip. ;)✌

Yesterday we took a trip to Toledo OH to pick up a 3-wheeler for my dad. Coming from Columbus OH we have never been to this section of the state but made a fun day trip out of it. We started at the Toledo Zoo which all the animals out and active. The little one is still too small to enjoy but mom and I did! Next we went to the Jeep south plant to see the birthplace of my Jeep, took some pictures and headed to Tony Packos for some hot dogs. Finished the day up by grabbing the 3-wheeler then cruised on home sailing in right around midnight. Long day but fun!

Liquor Attorney. So not all bad...
Today I learned how to add the GOBI color option to my Billet Silver edition...

It finally thawed in Minnesota enough for rain to make the dirt roads around my house a mess. This is just from a 10 minute drive to drop my son off at school. Guess I'll be buying some rockblokz... or maybe the jeep performance parts side step?

Anyway - I am OK with a bit of tire poke but I def. need something to keep the door handles clean

Well, I think those pictures have convinced me to go with pizza cutters when I finally upgrade my tires. I get enough dirt kicked up on mine with the stock sport tires!

Love living out in the more rural areas, but a couple hundred yard long dirt driveway is not conducive to having a clean vehicle!

Dash mod in my new Rubicon. The black ‘leather’ and red stiching from the launch edition panels matches the interior perfect - and in MY opinion - the dash now looks way more high end than the red. Before (red stock Rubi panels) and after (launch edition panels).

Living in Minnesota I'm surprised you haven't run into a similar issue with just snow, slush, road salt, sand, during the winter. After one trip and the proximity door locks stopped working because of the crap on the handle, I picked up the Rokbokz. XL. Most practical mod I've do so far. Cheers!

Please elaborate on the proximity door locks not working from crap in the handle. My driver door stopped working after a trip to Colorado. I thought it was the door plug pins but I checked.. Now I'm stumped!!

I was a bit worried as the driver's door just stopped working even though the passenger's door was fine. There was a buildup of road salt and grime on the inside of the handle (the part you grab) so much so if you pulled on the handle it would not reseat back into the door. Once the complete handle was given a good wash, all was good. I actually had this happen a couple of times till I got my mud flaps. That was part of the reason I went with the Rokbokz XL for the extra coverage. Hope this helps. Cheers!

I don't have the proximity sensor - that was one of the "one more thing I don't want to break and fix" options I did not choose. Good info tho thanks for the heads up! I've only had the JT since january so no serious issues yet. We'll see in 5 years :headbang:
