What features would you like to see on future Gladiators?

Honestly,

I'd like a interior that is so basic and weather proof, I can hose it out when it gets dirty. I don't want any fluff, I have a Lexus for that. Basic as basic can be. Maybe a snorkel, with a fording depth that was solid up to the door handles. Something more lightweight and Military grade tuff. Longer range fuel tank. Zero sissy la la electronics.

I special ordered a base to get as bare bones as possible.
Wished I could have got rubber floor mats vs carpet. Also Middle dash screen delete.

Not one bells, whistle or added comfort. A true down and dirty off-road rig.

Option to upgrade and add as much as you want no mater what trim or strip down to bare nothing. That would be cool and cover everyone's needs/wants.

Air bag springs to adjust ride height as needed. Lowest to enter vehicle or highway use, max height for off road, rear squat for loading bed. Front squat for snow plow? Rear would adjust automatically to account for payload or tongue weight.

I would love to see a Sky One-Touch top on the Gladiator. A way to stow the doors in the bed like but better than the Broncos system. More USB ports. A relocated 12-vote outlet when ordering a Trailer Brake Controller.

• A 12-volt bed outlet that stays on (better yet, stays on and is easily rewired to the second battery of a real dual-battery install).
• An optional, real dual-battery install (e.g., two identical, deep-cycle, AGM batteries).
• A way to record the video from the front and rear cameras to an SD card plugged into a media reader on one of the USB ports. Usable both for traffic-cam purposes, as well as to incorporate into videos for social media (IOW, no proprietary video formats).
• Make the STFA easily accessible.
• A way to adjust the Google Map voice instructions so they don't blow me out of the Jeep as I'm driving listening to music at a more normal volume.

That volume is separate from the music volume. You have to be quick though. Adjust the volume while instructions are given. Nice feature, IMO.

If current lead times between JL and JT ring true, about a year. Or you could, you know, just buy them and put them on. Many JL products (doors included) are interchangeable on the JT. For that price though, no way in hell.

Effectively, it’s not cheap. And I’m not sure about how it will look. I think the JT bed is higher than the JL trunk, isn’t?
