I have a Tekonsha Prodigy P3 that I've been using for 12 years in two other pickups.

I went with the Curt wired controller. I need the 12v power port. I used the tape to attach the knob by the Start button. The wire was easy to hide under the panel.

Redarc. One hole for the knob and a makeshift bracket for the brains I bolted into an existing hole and it's almost invisible.

I’ve got a Curt Spectrum that works pretty good.. just don’t mount where this video says.. fits like crap and is all sorts of loose.. also the silver trim wears out easy and looks like crap..

It works fine, just looks like crap and I’m going to replace it.

Agree with previous post, why is a brake controller not included with a tow package, seems silly.

What’s really silly isn’t that it doesn’t come with the standard tow package. It’s that it doesn’t come with the Max Tow package. I mean come on throw everything into that package.

Not 100% sure if you are new to Jeep or not, but this seems to sum it up.

I just tired re-specing my Jeep on their configurator, you can no longer get the $4,000 diesel option but the price is still $1,200 over my MSRP.

Not having a working brake controller to provide for the first couple years was a bit of an issue for them. To offer it now would be another price increase on top of the increases already done. It makes a good option for the dealer to sell and install, for those that want it.

Mopar controller in the Wrangler.
RedArc in the Gladiator because it was a bit cheaper and faster delivery time than the Mopar unit.

Both work equally well, both light up.
I do like having the 12v socket in the Gladiator.

I want my panic button to work at all times, so no wireless setup for me.

Curt Echo Wireless. But my gladiator is not my primary or frequent tow vehicle and for that reason it didn't make sense to have a permanent box.
