I thought about this too but wasn’t sure how you crimp 8+ga wiring.
You'll need a hydraulic crimping tool, just search 8 gauge hydraulic crimp tool, there's a ton of options.

I'm going to try my luck at my local harbor freight, just in case I get a dud so I can return it.
This is the correct way to crimp those lugs, but if your limited on funds to buy such fancy tools you can use a square head bit with channel lock pliers like I use. Makes a solid crimp even with 2gauge and 1/2” lugs for free. Just sayin
Theres large manual crimpers rated for larger conductors. I run ratcheting handheld for little stuff, and bust out either of these for the bigger stuff.

Anything over #2awg though, and I go battery or external pump hydraulic.
Not saying to go out and drop mad coin on T&B stuff you'll use once. I have access to these at work, being an industrial electrician and all, lmao
Just wanted to point out that theres small manual tools with larger capacity than the standard "ABC/Red-Blue-Yellow" style crimpers as well.
