Just added some Rubi rails. Was going to have to have to ride to Maryland to get a set cheap would have been a six and a half hour drive. Ended up finding a set 2 hours away in Virginia. Exactly what I was looking for $150. Now I got to figure out what bumper to put on the front

Any concerns with water just flowing into the engine bay now?
I looked into these but was afraid to just let everything drain through.
I have had my jt since midmay, have run it hard in summer heat, pulled trailer,etc. And never built up any temperature, so I figured it wasn't worth it.

The louvers face the back so as long as you don't stop -no problem. Seriously, I drove a Datsun 280Z with open hood louvers for years in this Gulf Coast rain intensive area with no problems. We will see about the Gladiator.

Managed to catch a combo of a day off on a warm day to get my ARB Compressor I kept from my old truck mounted and wired up.

I just got my Speed Dawg shift knobs. Was super easy to put on the transmission shifter knob, took maybe 5 minutes to do. I must say that the distance between the shift ball and the reverse lockout mechanism is at least 2 inches.

It makes it rather awkward putting the truck into reverse. The transfer case shifter knob says “JEEP” on drivers side and passenger side of the ball. The installation of that ball will take a good bit more time and a little tearing apart of the console and putting it back together. So I will wait and see if I like the transmission shifter knob or if I want to take it off before I think of putting on the transfer case shifter knob.

I had an FJ Cruiser several years back and I loved the rubber floor it came with. It was so easy to keep clean. Would be great in a Jeep. Hey @JeepCares , are you listening?

Thanks man. Yeah I wasn't sure about them at first but after I put the tires on I knew I had to keep them. The Rubi Rails really set it off. Trying to figure out the front bumper now. Was thinking full width but I may end up with a stubby.
