With, I just like the added decorations to break up my white with some green. Doubt I would have put any decals on if FCA would have offered the green from 2010. Love the color (forest green pearl) I think.

Are the side vent flag decals vinyl? Can they be removed without damaging finish?

I like that a lot!!! Ive been thinking of doing something similar with my granite crystal... something that shows up when the light hits it but not over the top... are those gloss or matte black?

The Gladiator that I'm going to pick up tomorrow has a 1941 hood decal on it that I think looks alright. I'd rather do without it for however many hundreds of dollars it costs. I'd much rather have my plastic pieces the windshield rests on hood to look like eyes and have some alligator spine bump thingys going along my roof. Nothing too flashy or noticeable but something fun for anyone who looked close LOL. May get a "Gladiator" hood sticker like yours, that looks really nice to me. I may also get a gladiator gator sticker or 2 as well :)

I'm a fan of no stickers unless they came on the hood from the factory. Only stickers I'm a fan of on the outside are American flags and maybe a JT sticker, all just under the jeep word on the side.

Yea or those who put the GT on a v6 mustang... pretty funny.
Those people are just sad... I've seen a bunch of them. All it takes is hearing the vehicle running, even at idle, to know it's not a GT or 5.0... I've even had people ask me was mine a V8 while looking directly at the car with the GT badges and the 5.0 badges, and it idling with custom exhaust on it, that is unmistakably obvious it was a V8 just by the sound.

I keep asking myself "how stupid can people be"...But now I think they're taking it as a challenge. :headbang:

Some of us purposefully did not purchase the Rubicon. I wanted the jeep form factor and toughness but in a DD vehicle that will see pickup duty pretty often. Like towing and hauling. I will see if a front locker or limited slip is necessary, but at the moment the rear limited slip in the Max Tow has been adequate for what I do. I have always been a fan of the Gladiator so the sticker trips my trigger. I would love to try and get the gladiator front end, integrated on to my modern gladiator, that would be neat..
I get that, I bought a JTR because if I'm going to buy a Jeep, I'm going to get the top-tier model that's highest in demand for the highest possible resale value incase I decide to sell it one day. I'm still seeing 2010 JK Rubicons for $22K-$25K... And what I paid for my brand new JTR I'll be in GREAT shape in 10 years. I've been buying and selling trucks and vehicles so long, I've learned to look ahead and plan for things you don't plan on doing. For example, my Jeep is a lease, once that's up, I plan on buying it...Becasue I really like it. And I don't plan on selling it in the future, but you never know what life is going to throw at you. So, always expect the unexpected. Just my personal thoughts on the subject. :like:

I dont disagree but thats a stretch. I can buy a nicely modded 2012-2015 JKUR for 15k max here with low miles.

These are prices I'm seeing online for around my area. Most Rubicons (4 door) JKs with 60,000+ miles are averaging around $20K..Some upwards of $25K asking price. I mean, sure you can find one that's half wore-out with 150K miles on it for $15K, but reliability purposes, I'd stick with something under 75K miles.

Right but when your talking about an 8 to 10 year old JK the average 10-12k miles per year rig is going to be 100-120k miles.
If your going to keep low to no miles on your Gladi thats cool and resale will be higher for sure. If your gonna drive it ..... mileage is naturally going to be up there at that time.

It’s not that I don’t want to drive it, I just have a company issued work truck I drive everyday while on the clock. After work, I don’t do much during the week. So I really only drive it on the weekends. So, naturally, my vehicles tend to have extremely low mileage.

Let me tell a tale sit back and relax; it looks better with but now my story, I have a 79 corvette and I could badge it as a stingray and you would have to take a double take to see it’s not, I wanted to join a corvette club they wanted complete info and pictures of my car. Sent off the info and of course my 1st year’s dues it was a while later I got a letter in the mail all it said is we do not want posers in our club, funny thing they kept the dues

I sold my 2010 JKU mountain edition to the dealership for $11,000 when I bought my JT Max tow. My JKU had 132,000 miles on it. They turned around and sold it for $18,000 3 days later. I see JKURs going for over $20k around my area as well. If you find a low mile one, meaning around 70-80K, your looking at a $25-30k vehicle.

I say one or the other. I'm a minimalist sticker guy. If it were mine, I'd leave the hood decal and change the fender decal to "SPORT".
