I mentioned it...Several times...in the FCA survey they sent me, so hopefully they will recall and fix it, or just have the dealerships install those steering box support bracket/braces on every one of our trucks. :like:
Just so you know, the wandering is a separate issue from the 1-4” deadzone freeplay inside the steering box. I have the brace to fix the wandering, but after 6 months I still dont have a good steering box.

It’s been mentioned once before, but when will we see half doors?
Can we do anything to fix the gearing on the manual? First, second, and sixth are a mess. Bad enough that it feels like a sabotage to drive people away from the manual transmission
Smaller key fob. Seriously.
Will we see a full line of extras for the Bed Trail Rails? Cup holders, bed dividers, etc?

let me also add: a huge thumbs up to everyone involved in the Groundhog’s Day Super Bowl Commericial!

Surprised no one has brought it up yet, but when will the trailer brake controller be released, can't count the number of times it has been delayed. The two things I was waiting for before ordering was the release of the hydro blue and the brake controller. Glad now I didn't wait for the controller. One more question, is this round table going to be on the forum after it is complete for members who can not attend?
This right here. When are we going to see the updates on this and issues with the Steering brace and wander.

Nitpicking a bit but my OCD needs to know..... Why is the rear view on the 8” uConnect full screen but the trail cam is wide screen with the black bars at the top and bottom? It can’t be for the overlay control/soft buttons because the “+” & button to switch on the rear view overlays the screen so the “clean” button and a bottom to switch to rear should work.

How about an optional 3 speed transfer case for the Rubicon. Crawl ratio is great, but many times you need an intermediate ratio, and it is frustrating when 4 High is to fast and 4 Low is way to low. I would gladly pay for that option, it would be so nice.

Even though I just ordered mine I still want these made available so I can buy them. Tan soft top like the JL, and Half doors. If I didn’t order mine I would be pestering you guys to bring Sarge to the Gladiator but now I hope you don’t because I will regret my colour choice.

I do have one other concern, why not program the ESS to retain last setting memory. This would just take a software update and please a lot of your customers. Having to go to aftermarket for this is totally unnecessary when your engineers can develop with very little time invested
The ESS function is a result of EPA regulations. Jeep is not allowed to provide the option desired. That is why the aftermarket choice is necessary for those that want it to function differently.

Appreciate the opportunity to participate.

1. Agree with most of the above as well as the intent of more power---but slapping a huge V-8 Hemi isn't worth the effort IMO.

2. Already mentioned; manual transmission availability and fix the clutch/gearing to allow for a higher tow capacity.

3. Absolutely ridiculous that the JT doesn't have at least an option for frame, instead of door mounted side view mirrors so the electronic aids can be used. [With one of Jeep's much bragged about selling points---the ability to go "naked". ] And please make them bigger.

I know you want to focus on the future but I know I for one would like Mr Morrison---who got to the game late after the JT rollout was already planned to add into whatever his opening comments are something about the roll out lessons learned.

1. Specifically that never again will a Jeep model have Launch Editions that aren't the very first Jeeps delivered to customers.

2. That the STANDARD transmission is actually available day one.

3. That Jeep Cares actually does. Their record on this site is the same as dealerships---a total hit or miss. But they aren't dealerships it's a program that should be overseen by someone in your chain of command.

The mistreatment of the core JT buyers [represented by this forum] by FCA is literally disgusting and the main reason I haven't pulled the trigger on ordering one. I get that you personally didn't plan the rollout---but you have overseen it and the buck is supposed to stop at your desk.

I know without a doubt you are well informed on the statistics about how one negative owner review can cost you at least five sales. It is simply not in your, and ultimately our, best interest to prove time and again that issues that are occurring are not discussed at all or that every piece of information released is wrong as to what the issue is and how long it will take to fix.

My 30+ years as a Marine Officer kept proving the adage, "You get what you inspect not what you expect." I humbly request you start inspecting your communications issues.

Parts are not made to spec or go bad in the real world---and suppliers can ruin delivery fix dates. Both are no doubt common issues you deal with constantly. But bad news never gets better with age.

Find out WHY you can't fix the manual transmission issues, or availability of the brake controller, diesel engine etc and put out the damn info. I'd rather know it was going to take 9 months than keep getting stringed along because Jeep hopes I won't choose a different vehicle.

If you review [inspect] the posts on this site you will see many have valid complaints about their Jeep and the subsequent failures of the system.

Some of these already asked above, but worth seconding:

1. More interior color options, please.
2. Side-mounted mirrors instead of door-mounted.
3. Brown or tan soft tops, please.
4. Price. Too high with options such as at automatic transmission.
5. Please offer a larger touchscreen as standard. A 5" screen is so weak on a $35,000 base price vehicle.
6. Why is the "convenience group" option basically just a $300 garage door opener?

Finally, THANK YOU, Jeep, for making the Gladiator! It makes driving great again!

That is not true, I own both a Porsche and BMW with last setting memory

Thank you for allowing your real loyal customers a voice and access to the discussion/info.

I personally love this truck and waited for it to come out for over 4 years. I have always been a big Jeep fan and always will.

My input for concideration and all mentioned above but want to add another tick to the items.

1. Max tow customers should get free install once brake controller is available. I have no issues paying for the parts. Just would like Jeep to install so u don't break anything.

2. Mirrors or lack of when doors off. Minnie but an issue.

3. Excessive steering wander. Please find a mix even if it's just a part/bracket we can purchase and install ourselves.

4. More ADORABLE excessories. Like steel direct replacement skid plates, more bumper options etc. Have doors hard and soft.

Once again thank you for finally producing my dream truck.

Why can’t you buy the painted fenders from the Jeep factory I have been trying to find painted fenders for my gladiator rubicon since July and all they offer is the non painted fenders that you have to have painted to match your gladiator looks like if they are putting painted fenders on at the factory you should be able to buy them
