Both of which are heavily blown out of proportion.

I suspect that in both cases, we're talking early builds that now need either software updates or the proper coil springs installed under warranty.
Can you clarify what Coils springs can be installed under warranty? Part numbers would be Great!

Also what is the trick to getting the correct software updates? Do you have version numbers or release date?

Would be great if you would share more on these topics because many of us are floundering around wondering why our Jeeps bottom out and overheat.

There is no spring for any warranty work for bottoming out.
The only solution is an aftermarket lift and/or mopar 2” lift.

I went mopar 2” lift and it solved my problem.

Hey I am curious from you other Mopar 2" Diesel lift folks. The instructions were HORRIBLE for what parts go on what side (Springs).

The pictures show the jeep (left and right side) and the associated springs. but the diesel column the sides are reversed from the pictures. Seriously Mopar... Do you know how to assemble documents? @JeepCares

But what side did you put the parts on

If you could look at your front springs and let me know what side yours are on, that would be awesome.

68421147AA - LF
68421148AA - RF

Is this how yours are installed? My jeep leans to the passenger side about 1/2" when installed this way...

When installed the other way the lean was the other direction... So I have no idea which side these parts should be installed on....

(I just edited this post, somehow, there was a bit at the top that was NOT from me. I have no idea how that got here, some swearing about politics or something. I'll reach out to the moderators about that, because I did NOT post that, either way the post is now clean and original.)

So is this a common thing across the whole Diesel line thus far? Or is this an early model problem? Or is it just hit or miss?
Willys diesel here and no issues at all. I’d be happy to take a number of high res/close-ups to see if maybe the Willys springs or something are vastly different.

1148 is right front.

The photos correspond to the gasser, so ignore the photos.

As for you having picked up someone else’s words, you probably, accidentally clicked on a “quote” abs it saved it for your post.

It’s happened to me.

I installed as per the markings on each spring. No issues. With a winch and lights up front I did upgrade to the Fox Performance Elite Series 2.5 adjustable shocks. Now I can make it ride how I want. With a camper on the back it is nice to adjust the ride.

Hey there, there are no markings on the springs besides the product code numbers on them. What springs do you have in what position up front?

Thanks!

My front coils end with "377AA" and I have zero issues. A lift kit isn't the answer, the correct factory suspension is the answer.

Of course, if you're going to lift the Jeep anyway, then skip the warranty repair and get a diesel specific lift kit.

The end result will vary. Most I've seen end up over 2" - some almost 3" on the lighter trucks.
With the lift in place is there any signs of a death wobble.

You will not have death wobble on a Gladiator unless you totally mess up the install, and leave most everything loose. Your ball joints, tire rod, etc, are so new... Death wobble is not going to happen with the mopar 2" parts if installed as instructions state. They do have spring bow 'issues' though. But the instructions absolutely state there will be bow in the springs, so it's prob not 'really' an issue.

The Mopar shocks are fantastic, despite what anybody says they are great. I do think that geo-brackets would be a smart addition if you are on road most of the time.

I do think upgrading the steering stab was a nice for me. the stock steering was so light.... I have the AEV one, I like the resistance it offers, but I am wondering if it's leading to my right hand pull.

A front track bar is not 'Required' but my axle had shifted by 3/4" and I could see it. It bothered me.... I got a used trackbar (in mint condition) from a local 4x4 shop and put that in. It solved that issue for me.

My issue is the consistent pull to the right at highway speed. It's ANNOYING as hell.

I have measured my tow, I have 1/4" of total toe-in (35" tires)( yes have rotated them all directions, always pulls right)

I have measured ride height, I sit about 1/2" lower on passenger side.

I have measured hub to hub length and the vehicle sits square.

I have replaced the steering stab, and even driven without it (which was not great, it was scary, but there was no wobble, it was just very road sensitive, and bump sensitive) There was still pull to the right....

I have No idea why it's pulling, but it's annoying AF.

I am putting the stock wheels / tires on it today and going in for an alignment. Will post an update.

Thanks for the feedback. I also have 6377AA springs on my Rubi and it bottomed out all the time, until I put the spacers in. Your signature says you have a 2020 Gladiator... You have a Gas or Diesel engine? Just want to confirm my statement about Gas vs. Diesel spring part numbers being different!

I wound up with 3 1/2 inches of up travel to fully compress. The hydraulic bump stops were planned from the beginning as I love them on my TJ. Just seemed like a simple solution for now that made the vehicle better without too much effort. I may wind up putting Three-quarter inch spacers in the rear. But it still has a slight rake right now.
I don't work on vehicles so what is a rake?

Garden implement. :CWL: The difference in height between the front and rear. Usually the front being lower the the back.

Use the bump stop extensions that come with the kit.
No more bottoming out for me.
The front lift springs are perhaps 1” longer which tells me their spring rate is higher than factory.

You’ll be happy with the mopar lift. I know I am!
Can you use the 2" lift kit with the stock 33 " tires?

That's what I thought but didn't know for sure.
