Why not have Accutune work over your 3.0's? You already invested the money and you could lose more than the cost of a revalve?

Whatever you want...I can supervise!
I spoke to one of the reps from fox itself. He truly recommended the 3.0s for high speed off-roading. I have a JTRD so due to the heavier diesel engine I decided to go with the 3.0s. I paid 4500 including taxes and shipping from poly performance. I gotta say that they are truly amazing. The diesel platform is notorious for bottoming out and this fixed the issue all together. They are much more expensive for a reason.

What else did you do for your diesel suspension?

I don't think they will... on their site implies you have to tune internal bypass shocks in person with the vehicle. Also doubtful you can make them softer without risking shims breaking.

I mean if it really can be done that's a decent option.. I can just see it being risky or costing a lot because of the labor involved.

I'm having a difficult time wrapping my head around spending $6k on a race shock to street drive expecting a cush ride? You could have that with 2.0s for about $800.

On the other end of that, I bought the 2.5 Elites and they were WAY too soft for my truck which seems to be build similar you yours but lowe CG.
I believe the

What the link for tuning your 2.5's? I didn't think they sucked out the gate. My fronts are working nicely with the 190lb springs I have up there. The rears need a little rebound to balance out the stiffer springs I put it, but it rides great. This is with 12in of front wheel travel and 16in in the rear

You may want to reach out to ADS here in Tucson. They might be able to help you and you can drive down in only 2hrs. They build their own stuff and work on other brands too.

Just the core 4x4 arms, 3.0 fox shocks and the fox ? steering stabilizer. I love the shocks. I take it to bumpy roads up to 65mph. The suspension feels softer than my friends mojave. The only thing is that I feel that the Mojave has a little bit more control. I bet it is because the Diesel engine is heavier so it is harder to maneuver it.

for the rear you sure you're getting 9.75in of wheel travel and not shaft travel? I have 9.75 of shaft travel (measured it) and it resulted in 16in of wheel travel from full drop to full compressed bump.
9.25" rear vertical travel with air bumps compressed. Yes, with the shock mounted at a 30° angle, more actual travel than shock stroke.

You’re getting this much travel with 2” bumpstop spacers and limit straps? I’m running the same length 2.5s as you, but no air bumps. I have 1 inch spacers and currently have no limit straps (rock jocks new rear springs are long enough) so I’m very close to getting the full travel out of the shocks. I could have sworn I was only getting 15” total travel. I need to pull the springs and remeasure I guess!

You’ll love that rock jock rear sway bar! Helps the truck have just the right amount of oversteer in higher speed turns and makes the truck feel much more stable at speed.

Here's my rear set up:
Rock Krawlers 4.5in springs, Fox 2.5 DSC with 12in shock stroke (-075 part number), Fox 2.0 IFP bump stops (they seem to leak a lot, but have had them warranty repaired each time), Rock Jock sway bar, limit straps, Rock Krawlers Pro x upgrade (eliminates need for track bar), and Clayton lower control arms. All hardware upgrades to grade 8

Awesome, thanks! Sounds like you removed the bump stop spacers you mentioend back on post #17 (realizing now that post is 5 months old).

Correction, I have a 2in bump stop spacer on the axle, and my measured wheel travel is measured to the top of that. Actually, i've landed so hard they are dented by about .25in, but either way with the bump stops and the spacer on the axle I'm netting 16in of total travel. I could definitely squeeze out another 1in, just need to extend the ABS lines

Did you need to run spacers to clear the schools in the rear? I put 3.0s on my JT rubicon and the rear is to close....I’m gonna put a spacer on it for a quick fix, but I’m wondering if you had the same issue?

I'd check and make sure you're not rubbing first before adding spacers, then only add them until you get a different offset rim. If you're putting 3.0's then I'm thinking your ripping in it pretty good and that means you'll definitely trash a spacer pretty quickly
