I have the 2021 rubi eco.took it back to dealer with 1200 miles for the bottoming out problem .
It was terrible. Googled the problem before taking to dealer and found this thread.told dealer about it and explained the springs just ain’t strong enough.dealer put stronger spring and it was better but not enough so they put a stronger yet spring .now I don’t bottom out on normal driving. Dealer people were very nice and
Said they would fix it . I am happy with it now

So they arent specific to one side? Usually front springs are drive or passenger side specific.

Mopar 2” springs for diesel glad
Driving over bumps at thirty -forty mph without the slam bang now

Wondering the same.

Unlikely @JeepCares will do anything for us non rubicons. This even would be a fix but no, let's not break apart our precious Mopar lift kit. Instead we will push this manufacturer defect that ISNT NORMAL onto the consumer even though it's our fault.

Called my dealer again this morning. Had all the parts ordered except the rear shocks about a week- 2 weeks ago. He said they hadn't shipped anything to them yet though. He checked into it again yesterday and now they changed the part numbers on both the front and rear shocks and still couldn't place an order for the rear ones. Said they are literally checking daily to get these ordered and corrected for me.

Disappointing that the fix for this is taking so long on Jeep's end. @JeepCares any chance you could look into this further and see what might be creating the issue on the parts for this? Maybe the items were just set up incorrectly in the system or something minor like that?

I'm getting pretty tired of having to watch even simple bumps so closely with a vehicle that is designed to conquer mountains. I know the fix is coming, just don't want to damage my frame while waiting for it!
At least your getting a damn fix. Us non Rubicon owners are fucked.

Jeepcares told me its "Normal". If you can believe that shit.

Hi Everyone,

Been out for a while and getting caught up, anybody hear anything back on reimbursement for people who fixed the issue already?

I’d like to know this too. I haven’t seen anything related to this. @JeepCares, can you tell us if there is a mechanism, opening a case or other option, to get reimbursed if we installed a lift to resolve the bottoming out issue, especially if we have it documented that we documented our issue with a trip to the dealer prior to the lift install?

Everywhere I look it says that 148 is for a rear coil. Any ideas?
The real issue is the 150 spring. The documentation is wrong for that one.
