Been working with Lisa at JeepCares on this and my dealer just called today to let me know the rear shocks are now in! They were the only part that was unavailable still. So thursday the 12th next week I'll be dropping the Gladiator off for the TSB suspension swap.

I'll take some pictures and report back my findings once it's done later that day. Really hoping this is a true fix for the bottoming out issue we've all been having.

Please let us know on what all they replace.

I don't have enough miles on the new springs yet to make an option on stock shock dampening.
How do you like those new springs so far? Considering ordering them or maybe just waiting and getting the Clayton 1.5 leveling kit.

If you are looking for something that lifts the front up about 1 inch and is a bit stiffer then the OEM diesel springs. These are it.

The reason we're bottoming out! Clears up the $6000 upcharge for the diesel too. I imagine at today's fuel cost, idle for a few minutes = total cost of JT.

I looked into the Clayton 1.5 springs too and they said they were not "Diesel Specific". Probably why you only get 1" out of them. Good to hear they are a little more stiff.

I have decided for now to start with the Tereflex Spacer 1 -1/2" and not putting the block in to raise my bumpstop. Also using the front bumpstop from SumoSprings. That should give me a little more space and a softer hit if it does hit.

Let us know how you like the sumosprings.

Has anybody had problems with being told the TSB parts aren't even available to order yet?

Surprisingly, my TSB parts arrived within a week. I need to make an appointment to have them installed this week, will report back once they are installed

So far as I know he ordered what was on the TSB . . . hadn't heard of the issue before, he just pulled up the TSB and ordered.

Yeah, it took an in person visit to get them to pull up the TSB. I have to drive 115 miles to find a dealer that will give me an appointment within 2 weeks, otherwise they are all 6-8 weeks. Closest dealer only does oil changes on Friday, booked for a month out. They have 1 diesel mechanic in the whole shop . . .

Got the TSB applied today, new shocks all around and new front bump stops. I've only driven it maybe 5miles but the ride with the new shocks does seem less harsh over rough/uneven road, maybe a bit more floaty though. Could just be a placebo.

I'll try to take it over some speed bumps and through my typical bottoming out roads tonight.
