For some it probably is. It’s an already built rig right out of the box that really doesn’t need much done and can hit the trail right off the lot.

For me? No. I want to select my own bits and gadgets I put into MY Jeep.

Will it be better? Probably not but I’ll know exactly what’s on there and how to fix it when I eventually break it at the most critical moment.

As a patron of Joe's Jeep Jungle, if they did the work this is a solid truck. They do great work.

Or at least it was when they rolled it out of the shop 😂

Amw charges $89k for the 707 swap alone, so hell yeah it's worth it if that is the direction you want to go with your build.
Last time i spoke with Joe his pricing was a little higher than AMW's. Not that his labor pricing is bad, he did my death wobble correction and 4 wheel alignment for $500 plus the parts. Last time i had a 4 wheel done on my other car it was $130-140 alone at a general auto repair shop.

I would sure appreciate a spirited test drive.

Yes, AEV components are expensive but in this package the price is higher because of the performance. If 707HP is important to you then it’s worth the money. Compare that to a $90k 392 stock and this is a bargain in my opinion.

A. You can't get a 392 gladiator stock
B. With the introduction of the JLU willys 392 they can be had around $63k
C. Not that the 392 is a slouch, but the extra ~230hp is like having the 392 and the 3.6L powering the truck
Obviously it's not remotely worth it to those that find the 3.6L sufficient. Those that want a v8 gladiator would spend that buying a base sport and 5.7L swapping it.
