I got 315 70n17 BFGs on my Max tow and regret not going with 37's now that I'm still able to maintain 19 MPGs on 35's. That said if I had 3:73 gears I would not consider 37's unless I was going to regear. A guy I talked to at the gas station has 37's on his with 3:73 gears and his average on the dash was 14.6 MPGs and he said his speedo was dead on. I believe I could still get close to 18 MPGs on 37 12.5 17 BFG KO2s on mine and that's why I regret not going ahead and getting the 37's. If I did it and got below 16 I'd be disappointed.
