The weird part of that is that all of those parts are coded and scanned to try to keep the chain in sync (resisting boy band jokes). Definitely off key on that one … (failed).The parts are delivered to the line in the correct sequence for the vehicle being assembled. If a blue one is on the line, a blue grill comes up, if it's a Rubicon, a Rubicon grill is next on the line to install, and so on. So one of the lines was out of sequence or someone messed up getting things in order.

This Jeep was most likely damaged in transport and the bodyshop doing the repairs messed up.
