If #JeepCares has any details on compensation for folks that have bought the Mopar Lift Kit, and installed it themselves (then had the dealer look it over and perform an alignment) I would appreciate that.
A while back, a JeepCares agent told me that if you already put on a lift, save the receipts, and IF the fix from FCA turned out to be the Mopar lift, then contact JeepCares and they would work to reimburse you. Might be worth a reach out to them now.

From reading different threads here. What I see is that the engineers spent more time getting the spring rates and shock valving right on the lift kit then on the stock suspension.

We need to prove this. I have a lift getting installed in two weeks. It’s in the crate, in my garage.

Since the 2022 has the same model engine(EXJ) as the 2021 ? does this issue not apply to the 2022 ? I notice the bulletin said it was for 2021 only, so, what did they do to fix the issue on the 2022 ? Thanks !

Anyone else who has called @JeepCares been directed to mopar vehicle protection team? Jeep Cares said this wasn't in their area. However others on here said they should be working with you and the dealership to get this resolved.

I am considering calling again monday to complain and get this escalated. I do NOT want another run around.

Nope talked to Jeep cares and got a case number. Hopefully this is resolved.
