Well, they didn’t put a lift kit on….
Actually they did, I ordered it and had the dealership install it prior to me taking delivery, so I never got to drive it prior to being lifted... looking for something a little more constructive than the obvious, as it seems like a pretty serious issue , but thanks.

By the looks the 22 is not included in this star doc because it’s not an actual tsb. This is just a publication inferring to an upcoming tsb. When that tsb is published it will include each year and trim level to which it applies. Sounds to me that they are not going to do anything for any other trim unless that trim lv has enough complaints. Mine has bottomed several times on not so deep potholes…

Good question for the ‘22 owners. What springs do they have?
2022 - JTRD
* Here are the numbers for the Mopar lift kit installed at the dealership prior to delivery:
Coil Springs
LF = 68421147AA
RF= 68421148AA
Front Shocks
LF/RF= 68316566AD

** I will crack open my crate later today and get you the numbers on the OEM takeoffs.

I have a 22sd and have the same springs on both side and what I believe to be updated bump stops I mentioned in another thread.

That is a different bump stop, for sure. Do you bottom out as we all describe?

No, I haven't had any bone jarring bumps as people here and the video showed. I also don't drive my sport like a Mojave though for what its worth lol. I do know that it has contacted , as I did a chalk test.
Def dont have the mopar lift installed, Shes stock height but interesting if they actually are rubicon springs. @am1978 @SargeDiesel

That 6377 spring is stock on a Rubi.
Yup... 6376AA, 6377AA, and 6378AA are the springs used in the 2021's, ... at least on Rubicons. Hopefully a '22 Rubicon owner like @SargeDiesel can check and report their spring numbers. 6377AA might be ok for a Sport, but questionable on a Rubicon.

'Cause if they DIDN'T stiffen the springs for 2022 Rubicons, and just put a neck collar on the bumpstop, like a whiplash patient, I don't think I'd trust this "fix"

1) Call Jeep Cares at 844-533-7928 have them open a case number for you, and tell them you need to remedy the ecodiesel bottom out issue that is now TSB / Star number S2102000011
2) Tell them that it appears Jeep Cares is now moving forward with arranging warrantee fix via mopar lift. For reference, give them the case number that @Pike1892 provided... #81292917
3) The Jeep Cares rep should give you their contact info (direct extension number at the phone number above) and your case number, and you can use that to give to your dealer's service manager
4) email/call back your Jeep Cares rep and give them your Dealer's contact info.

... they should then connect and work out the warrantee reimbursement.. no out of pocket to you.

I'm working on this with a dealer for me as well... slow on communications on the dealer side...
So... a Bad News update on my end...

JeepCares declined doing Mopar lift, stating its too close in time to when the TSB fix is coming out. Bummer for me, as I've been waiting over a year with this problem, and am worried after 25k miles on the truck I might have incurred collateral damage from the hits, even after babying this thing for a year.
